Epoxy sealer for transparent wood 1:1 Transparent and thin epoxy for penetrating the depth of the wood and sealing it.

Flexible, transparent, low-viscosity penetrating wood, two-component, for sealing penetrating wooden elements. Tiny molecular size for deep penetration and the creation of a deep and strong sealed base before polishing or coating with a top layer.

SEALER EPOXYDEN CLEAR FOR WOOD– DEEP PENETRATION EPOXY SEALER FOR WOODEN OBJECTS BEFORE POLISHING AND COATING

A special polyamine epoxy sealer for sealing wood from water penetration and removal of moisture and air bubbles in coating/painting above. Extremely strong with a unique molecular structure that is extremely small, produced in accordance with strict sealing requirements to prevent the ingress of water, dirt, etc., penetrates the wood and forces air and moisture out of it, creates a strong sealing layer with high adhesion to the wood. It is also used as a sealing element before coating with crystalline epoxy in the production of tables in which natural wood is incorporated.

Characteristics:

Penetrates deep into the wood and creates an opaque foundation for painting or coating. Releases air and moisture from the wood.
Creates a suitable preparation for further coating with crystalline epoxy, can be polished.
Strengthens the tree and fills “Purim” prevents the penetration of liquids and the exit of gases.
Resistant to alkaline solutions and diluted acids and to unusual humid and salty conditions.
Excellent adhesion to the infrastructure.
Gives opacity and extends the service period.
Easy to apply and dries quickly.
Ready for repainting and/or coating with an upper layer the same day after 3-4 hours.
High coverage area. Layer thickness is required to be extremely thin.

Pot life (working time from the moment of mixing A with B) – 4 hours. (After 4 hours the B+A mixture has a viscosity less than 70 seconds in #4, after 8 hours no gels will be formed)
