A paste with an acidic phosphoric mixture, saturated with detergents and surfactants, thoroughly cleans iron rust and corrosion caused by the oxidation of other metals. Easy to remove by washing with water.

Characteristics:

Paste for application – professional quality rust remover.
Attacks the rust deeply and burns the clean iron.
Breaks down the rust into a neutral iron oxide that can be washed off with water.
Prepares the metal for painting with primary colors.

For removing rust in industry from profiles and all types of steel in application.
For preparing an ideal surface of ferrous parts for paint.
For military uses in weapons production systems.
For preparation for chemical or electrochemical coating.

User manual:

Rough cleaning of the part(s) from dust, grease, dirt, loose paint can be done by spraying high water pressure < 150 atm. Rust scale should be polished with a suitable disc.
Apply with a brush so that it covers all the part(s) intended for rust cleaning.
Wait about 30 minutes contact for light rust, and up to 24 hours for severe rust.
Rinse thoroughly with running water to remove any remaining white powder that forms.
Places where rust-free metal was not received, apply again until complete removal.
Scale rust must be removed by grinding or steel brushing before using degreaser 3000 paste.
It is mandatory to wash thoroughly with running water and dry before starting to paint with a primer color.
If there is no intention to immediately paint with an anti-rust primer, you can apply a preservative and store.
