A two-component special hydrophobic elastomeric polyurethane adhesive, flame retardant, flexible and hard, UV- resistant elliptical  , which polymerizes by reaction with the hardener. To dilute with thinner  XL  to spray with Airless.

378% and more elongation, unlimited thickness and high strength, for coating, sealing and gluing. Resistant to deep freezing temperatures and unlimited thawing.

Fireproof two-component flexible adhesive

uses:

  • For sealing and coating wooden surfaces and wooden walls and roofs, for gluing parquet and sealing spaces in wood.
  • For gluing shredded rubber flakes to floor surfaces in play facilities.
  • Repairing tears and gluing PVC surfaces
  • For the production of wood panels from compressed chips.
  • For gluing synthetic grass surfaces.
  • Gluing perspex and abs panels of all kinds.
  • Gluing plastic flakes and strips to ceramics, concrete, asphalt, etc.
  • For sealing repair works between panel boards in walls and roofs.
  • For gluing aluminum and glass and sealing windows.
  • To fill gaps to prevent water penetration.
  • For impregnating transparent sealing to exterior walls by spraying.
  • For affixing symbols, logos and signage to any infrastructure.
  • For sealing concrete roofs, tar, bituminous sheets, scum and insulated panel.
  • Sealing filling and gluing of spaces between escorite panels and coating of escorite surfaces in roofs.
  • For applying expansion joints in concrete before inserting a backing profile.

Touch drying :

  • Brushing, rolling, casting, spraying. and

Dilution:

  • Without dilution. and
  • To spray – thinner XL . For large piston airless – given without dilution or 5-10% and

  •  1+0.3 = 1.3 liters, 3.75+1.25= 5 liters, 13.5+4.5 = 18 liters, and
