Fire retardant protection thick coat for casting 82% solids
Properties:
- Fire protection coat.
- High pressure and scratches resistance.
- Good adhesion to metal, concrete, wood and any dry and not smooth infrastructure.
- Contents 18% soft solvents.
- 82% solids.
- Appropriate for using on printed circuits.
- Appropriate for coating floors in industry.
- Can be applied in one thick layer
- In red brown/grey/black/ocher colors it is also rust resistance.
- Tree elements: in Varnish transparent tints or clear for wooden floors and wooden objects and in many colors according catalog.
- Can be implemented in thin layers.
- Prevent fire expansion.
- Resistant to salt and dry environment.
- Washable and repulsive dust & dirt.
Applications:
- For painting iron metals to defend from melting in fire.
- Wooden objects, roofs, walls and floors to prevent fire.
- Electric transformations to prevent fire and vibrations.
- Protection from fire spreading on printed circuits in the electronic industry.

- Theoretical spreading rate: 1 liter per 15 m 2·
- Theoretical field: 6-7 m 2/liter for 150 mic.
- Recommended layer thickness: Minimum 150 micron, maximum 1 cm.
- Recommended number of layers: as much needed to coat or fill.
- Density: 0.9-1.35 gm/cm 3··
- Hardness: >3 Dg (Erichsen).
- Elasticity: 4 mm (Sheen).
- Viscosity: 2-4 Pa.sec (Haake).
- Mixing rate a:b by volume: 1:1.33

Touch-drying time:
- 60 minutes to a layer of 150 micron.
Repainting Gap Time:
- 12 hours, final- 36 (to a layer of 150 micron. for thick layers up to 3 days, and up to 7 days for layers of 4 cm and more thickness).
Recommended Application Methods:
- Cast, brush.
Dilution:
- No dilution.
Surface Preparation:
Metal:
- Mechanical or chemical cleaning until a white metal appears.
- Mechanical: steel brushes st-3 or sand blast SA-2.5
- Chemical: rust -“rust remover 3000”, grease -“Degreazer M”.
- Primer coat with Epoxyden primer antiflame.
Concrete:
- Sand blast cleaning and vacuum.
- Or acid burn and water high pressure cleaning.
- Or polishing with diamond stones and vacuum.
- Primer with Epoxyden floor primer antiflame.

Wood:
- Sand well and clean.
- Primer – Isolation primer antiflame.
Printed circuits:
- Cleaning the surface with air pressure and pure isopropyl alcohol.
Kit Description:
- 0.75 liter, part A + 1 liter part B
- 1.9 liter, part A + 2.5 liter part B
- 3.8 liter, part A + 5 liter part B
- 15 liter, part A + 18 liter part B
Storage:
- Appropriate shaded room temp. with proper ventilation.
- Keep lids tightly closed.
Shelf Life:
- 12 months in original sealed package.
Tools cleaning:
- Clean with thinner D-4/100 immediately after complete painting.
