  • Penetrates the top shell of the tile.
  • Burns and creates a non-slip surface.
  • Completely transparent, washes off easily and leaves no marks.

uses:

  • To prevent the slippage of ceramic flooring and porcelain granite.

Technical data:

  • Coverage – 1 liter per 5-10 square meters in a layer of 100-200 wet microns depending on the type of flooring (rough/smooth, small/large gaps).
  • Density – 1.0-1.2 gm/cm 3  (1475 DIN 51575, ASTM D)
  • Viscosity – 15 seconds 4#
  • Flash point – none
  • % general active substance by volume – 60%
  • Abrasion – 120 microns – 1560 cycles (Gardner) ASTM
  • Recommended layer thickness – 100 wet microns
  • Recommended number of layers – 1-2 according to the infrastructure and required slip prevention.
  • Recommended contact time with the tile before washing – 15 minutes. Sometimes you have to repeat the operation one more time

Application methods:

  • Brushing, scrolling.
  • Brushing/rolling without thinning
  • Wait 15 minutes and rinse with water and wipe.
  • Review – if it is not enough, the burning must be done again.

Area preparation:

  • Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt.

User manual:

  • Carefully open the container.
  • Gloves, goggles, mask and protective clothing are required.
  • Pour required amount for the treated area – 1 liter per 10 square meters. For flooring with wide gaps 1 liter per 5 square meters.
  • Spread evenly in a uniform thickness over the area with a roller or squeegee, brush for a small area.
  • Wait 15 minutes and wash with water and wipe.
  • Sprinkle water and check the slip level. If further improvement is required, the process must be repeated again.

Ventilation:

  • Ensure ventilation during application.

packing:

  • 4 liters.

storage:

  • In a cool and shady place at room temperature with adequate ventilation.
  • Make sure lids are tightly closed.

Shelf Life:

  • 24 months in the original packaging.

  • Not for food, keep out of reach of children.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation during application. If there is a lack of oxygen, take care of forced ventilation or masks connected to an oxygen source. (see ventilation data above)
  • Wear safety glasses, acid-resistant gloves, protective clothing, a mask suitable for filtering acid vapors.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes which causes irritation and dryness, in case of injury – seek medical attention immediately.
  • Be sure to carefully read and apply the safety instructions, be sure to undergo refresher training with a safety officer/supervisor once a month.
