SPECIAL POLYURETHANE RESIN, WATER DILUTION PAINTING SYSTEM

Flexible paint for metal & concrete, galvanize steel and universal uses.

Properties:

Flexible & decorative coat.
Strong & abrasion resistant.
Suitable for contact with food.
Solventless and can be apply in close rooms with low ventilation.
Good adhesion to metal and concrete.
Washable and exterior weather resist.
UV resistant, suitable for exterior painting.
Excellent anti rust primer, protects from rust and humidity penetration.
High build, high spreading ability.
The primer contains high percent of anti-rust pigments & additives.

Application:

Iron surfaces exposed to atmosphere conditions, galvanize sanded steel.
Concrete & cement plaster walls.
Food tankers, especially for dry powders tankers.
For kitchens & dining halls where needed high wash ability and un poisonous paint.
For flour, rice, food powders conveying lines.
As substitute to synthetic oil paints diluted with solvents.
For painting in rooms where unpermitted flammable paints.

Theoretical spreading rate: 1 liter to 4-5 sqm.
Recommended dry thickness: 200-250 mic.
Flexibility: 1 mm (sheen).
Density: 3-1.4 gm\cm 3
Hardness: >3 Dg (Erichsen).
Stretching strength: 30 kg\cm 2
Adherence strength: 0.72 MPa.sec.
Solids content: 67%.

Contains:

Polyurethane resin diluted with water.
Emulsifiers.
Anticorrosive pigments for PRIMER.
Decorative atmosphere resistant pigments.
UV rejection additive.
Wetting and self levelling additives.

Touch – drying time:

1-2 hours.

Repainting Gap Time:

6-24 hours, according to temp.

Recommended Application Methods:

Spray, roller, It is forbidden to apply in rainy day.

Instruction for Use:

Open carefully and stir well.
Surface must be clean from dirt, rust, oils and previous paints.
Add 5% water when application by brush or roller, 10-20% for spraying.
Add 0-5% water for airless aplication.
Paint a coat of 200-250 mic.
Metal painting – one coat of primer 100-125 and one top coat of 100-125 mic.

Surface Preparation:

Metal – Perfect surface cleaning needed, recommended sand blast SA- 2.5
Concrete – sand blast cleaning for light Grooves fill with Acrylic schpachtel paste.
Galvanize steel – must be well sanded and cleaned with degreazer M to remove all dirt, grease or any other oils.

Safety precautions:

Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
