Paint enriched with zinc and aluminum for coating metal/ steel for a long lasting rust prevention. An excellent hot galvanization substitute, that doesn’t need to be heated,. Has excellent endurance in harsh conditions, doesn’t allow rust development even in humid and salty environments when coated with a synthetic, polyurethane or chromed rubber top paint.

Surface preparations:

Remove grease and rust until receiving a clean metal.
Mechanically clean with a steel brush.
Sand blast until reaching Sa 2.5 level.
Chemically clean: rust with rust remover 3000, grease: Degreazer M

Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
