Universal primer and topcoat prevents graffiti and dirt from penetrating the infrastructure and allows removal with gel graffiti remover. Single component chlorinates Rubber base, fast drying anti-graffiti, multi thickness and solid, for direct painting on iron, galvanized steel and aluminum and for universal use for most infrastructure, with a fancy silk finish. Preventing dirt and graffiti from sticking to it and can be cleaned relatively easily in a dry cloth (level 1) according to the ASTM D6578-00 standard, suitable for application on any infrastructure including various buildings, concrete and stone in public areas, walls and fences of various types, etc.

Uses:

As an upper layer for fiberglass crates of the electric company for protection against graffiti.

Drying to the touch:

10-15 minutes depending on the temperature of the environment. Drying time in the wheel – (T.I.935 Section 304 Amendment No. 2) – up to 45 minutes
- due to the paint being a type of rubber chlorinated it is quick drying, if an OVER SPRAY “dust” is created at the time of spraying, that is, the color dries in the air before reaching the painted surface, which must be reached wet, the painting process must be stopped immediately, since the color accumulates on the surface painted as dry grains and these will fall out together with all layers even those that will follow. To prevent over spray, a number of actions should be taken: 1. Work at an environmental temperature as much as 15-30 degrees as possible even if it is necessary to paint only in the mornings or evenings. 2. Dilute the color mixture with more than thinner and even add a retrader (drying inhibitor), if due to the thinning a layer of 100 microns is not obtained – add more layers and not settle for 3 layers until a required dry thickness is obtained. 3. Reduce the splash pressure and work closer to the painted part 20-25 cm for a gentle and uniform color fog that lands wet on the painted surface.

Drying between layers:

20 minutes, Final: 3-4 hours (depending on the ambient temperature)

Application methods:

brushing, rolling, spraying in spray gun or airless, electrostatic spraying.

Dilution:

Brushing – 5% in a slow D-32 thinner that allows for comfortable brush painting.
Spray gun – 15-20% thinner D-18, Pressure 3-4 at the entrance, nozzle “0.021 ” ” 0.018
Airless – 5% D-18 thinner nozzle “0.015-0.018 Exit pressure up to 120″s thesis distance up to 25 cm.

Preparation of the area:

thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt, it is recommended to rinse with a Z grain to remove fats if any, rinsing with fresh water and waiting to dry, to ensure cleanliness of the area before painting. In steel rust stains remove in st-2 mechanical polishing if the entire area is in rusty and peeling condition, SA-2.5 sand cleaning should be performed.
Walls of various types – splashing water at high pressure, if the whole inclrepancy does not decrease, switch to sand cleaning until perfect removal.

Caution:

Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
Do not paint with high environmental heat and it is recommended to paint onion only and late morning and early evening. Recommended in heats not exceeding 30 degrees and humidity of up to 50%.
Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin. In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
