Polysiloxane antigraffiti clear top coat

Exterior antigraffiti clear, top coat. Transparent liquid that become a dry coat after the drying. Absorbs to the infrastructure and become an integral part of it. Assuring  permeation to the walls depth and creating a transparent sealed “film” that prevent penetration of humidity, dirt, graffiti and destructive chemicals to the natural stone or to the painted wall and leaves a silicon layer that prevents penetration of graffiti, oxidation materials, dirt and dust. Gives a light protection layer for washing that prevent stickers gluing. For improvement of rejection to dirt, Graffiti and stickers, it is recommend to smear on it Siloxane Topcoat that stay humid and prevent final adhesive of any material to the wall or infrastructure. (In case the implementing time is short it is allowed to mix 1:1 Primer with Topcoat and brush one thick layer to prevent Topcoat attack on the fresh primer).

Applications:

  • For exterior conservation of the wall.
  • For coating walls painted with Denbercryl or Denbergloss.
  • And For natural stones like: Silicate, Concrete, Taracota, Sand stone ,etc.
  • For coating illumination pillars.
  • For coating all kinds of marble and ceramics.

Technical data:

  • Theoretical surface coverage- 1 liter/3-7 m 2, according to the infrastructure.
  • Density- 1 gr/cm3.
  • Viscosity- 80-100 Cps (Brookfield).
  • Flexibility- 1 mm (SHEEN).
  • Hardness- >3 Dg (Erichsen).
  • Abrasion- 1260 cycle (Gardener).

Content:

  • Special silicone polymer.
  • Glycols, fungicides, additives.

Shade:

  • Transparent before and after dry.

Gloss:

  • Silk.

Touch-Dry time:

  • 30 minutes.

Dry time between layers:

  • 6 hours, final: 48 hours in summer, 4 days in winter.

Fluent Treatment:

  • Dirt cleaning- with water and soap.
  • Graffiti cleaning- with Graffiti remover.
  • Fluent cleaning can be done after 30 days.

Implementing method:

  • Brush, roller, spray.

Dilution:

  • No dilution.

Surface preparation:

  • Thorough Removal of dust and dirt.
  • On natural stone- water spraying , 150 Atm. pressure.
  • Mechanical removal of vegetation in slits/cracks.
  • Mold and fungus washing with “Fungus Cleaner” or ” Denbersept 80″.
  • The material must be implemented on totally dry surface.

Primer paint:

  • This product as a primer layer.

Packing:

  • 5 and 18 liters.

Storage:

  • Store in well shaded place, room temp with proper ventilation.
  • Keep lids tightly closed..

Shelf Life:

  • 12 months in original package.

Tools Cleaning:

  • At the end of the application with D-18 Thinner.

Safety precautions:

  • Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
  • Flammable – keep distant from heated areas, fires, flames, and sparks, Prohibit smoking in working area.
  • While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
  •  Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
  •  Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
  •  In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
  •  Read the safety instructions on the labels.
