Features:

  • Excellent adhesion capacity to galvanized iron infrastructure and concrete.

  • Easy to implement and dry quickly.

  • Heat resistance – up to 120 degrees at constant heat, up to 160 degrees thermal shock.
  • Density – 1.2-1.3 gm\cm3
  • viscosity – 20,000 cps (Brookfield).
  • Stiffness – 3 >Dg (Erichsen).
  • Mixing ratio – 3:1
  • abrasion – 120 microns – 3500 cycles (Gardner) ASTM.
  • Recommended layer thickness – without limiting thickness and as necessary.
  • % solid in volume – 100%
  • Pot life – for the mixture 5 liters at a temperature of 20 degrees – an hour.
  • At 35 degrees – 30 minutes.
  • Pot Life with 15% dilution in D11 dilution at 20 degrees – 2 hours.

Application methods:

Dilution:

  • no dilution.

Preparation of the concrete and steel area:

  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose paint.
  • Ambient temperature 10-30 degrees.
  • Surface temperature must be at least 3 degrees above dew point at the time of application.
  • For cracks in the concrete – the strength of the concrete is at least 35.
  • The concrete is at least 28 days old (after complete improvisation)
  • Light polishing and thorough vacuum, primer 450 for humid areas and transparent universal Epoxyden floor primer for all concrete areas.

  • UV-resistant Denbergloss in color

Packaging:

Storage:

  • In a cool, shady place at room temperature.
  • Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Tools Cleaning:

  • 11-D thinner at the end of painting.
