Penetrates and seals water-based polyurethane sealer

Transparent polyurethane absorbent for concrete, terrazzo, stone floors and walls. High-quality water-based sealer – transparent water-based.

Transparent liquid with water-diluted acrylic polyurethane with a tiny molecular size that allows penetration and absorption deep into the floor or walls without changing the natural appearance of the treated area. Penetrates deep into the infrastructure and strengthens and seals it. Creates a layer of transparent, sealing and breathable sealer that allows continued painting if necessary .  Protects Plaster and stone floors and walls, natural and artificial stone, concrete, granulite, terracotta against water and dirt penetration. Seals and strengthens and improves wear resistance.

• Theoretical coverage area – 1 liter per 8 square meters.
• Consumption for limestone – 1 liter per 2-3 square meters.
• Consumption for plaster – 1 liter per 4-5 square meters
• And consumption of concrete – 1 liter per 5-7 square meters
• And you need a gentle spray – 1 liter per 4-6 square meters

Touch drying:

• 2 hours to 4 hours . 

Drying between layers:

• 6 hours. Final : 12 hours  for treading : 24-72 hours depending on the ambient temperature.

Beginning of water repellency:

• 12 hours. Final repellency after 3 days.

Application methods:

For application on a dry floor only, do not wet with water. Must polish and vacuum only. Moisture spoils the sealer and white spots appear.

• Spraying, rolling, brushing. in a uniform thin layer without puddles.
• When brushing or rolling, the operation must be repeated a number of times until complete wetting but without puddles.
• When spraying, spray until completely wet. (Do not leave puddles and the excess must be spread).

Dilution:

• No dilution at low pressure.
• Water can be added to spray the first layer for deeper penetration.
