Flexible floor grouting and fixing. 3 parts.
Polyurethane three components coating for pouring, high build flexible, for floors, for harsh and extreme conditions endurance. Can be poured in thickness un limited. Has excellent erosion and chemical endurance and fixing power for anchoring machines against vibration. With an addition of quartz (PART C) a polyurethane mass is formed that endures heavy loads than can poured to frames around machines legs and fix them to the floor. Also can fill holes in damaged industrial floors.

Applications:
- For fixing damaged floors in production industries, garages and warehouses, slaughterhouses, dairy barns, kitchens and etc.
- Grout-for anchoring machines and floor casting as a substitute for concrete that isn’t shock resistant.

- Aviation Fuel resistance – 7 days in room temp. – without losing adhesion 4 hours after taking out of the fuel.
- Heat resistance 121O C during 60 minutes – NO shade changes to Delta E = 1.
- Humidity cabinet – 30 days in 100% humidity in 49oC – no loss of adhesion or damage to the film after 1 hr. out of cabinet.
- Salt spray durability – 2000 hours with no corrosion occurs.
- Thermal shock – without adhesion loses.

Gloss:
- Matte.
Touch-dry time:
- 2-4 hours at 25°C for a 500 micron layer.
- For thick casting over 10 mm: 30 to 60 minutes.
Wait time period between layer applications:
- 12-16 hours.
- Final 16-24 hours.
- Final hardness: 3-7 days (figures change according to the temperature).
Ventilation:
- Does not contain any solvents so that a medium amount of air isrequired.

Application methods:
- Pour, cast and spread.
Thinning:
- No thinning needed.
Surface preparations:
- It is required to apply on a layer of Epoxyden floor primer It have to be completely clean and dry.
- With Polyurethane Grout it is possible to repair small and large surfaces defects before applying the Epoxyden floor 100% or Denbergloss floor 100% or the Polyflex floor 225A .
Primer:
- Epoxyden floor primer or Epoxyden primer 450 for wet floors.
Instructions:
- Make sure that the primer layer is dry and clean from dirt, dust and grease.
- Open carefully parts A+B+C and pour at the ratio 3: 1 A+B the required amount according to the volume = surface calculation for the require layer coating. (for example for a layer of a thickness of 1 mm requires 1 liter for every sqm.)
- Stir well the A+ B +C blend to a homogeneous form and immediately pour it to the casting frames for anchoring or on the damaged floor for fixing.

Safety precautions:
- Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
- While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
