All purpose, ready-mixed joint compound for interior uses

Properties:

  • Fast drying.
  • Impregnable adhesive ability to semantic and plastic infrastructure.
  • Easily sanded.
  • Doesn’t sink and creates a smooth surface.
  • Adheres very well to any cement mortar and concrete as well as to gypsum walls.

Applications:

  • For interior use on walls and ceilings.
  • To fill cracks and slits in all interior walls.
  • To fill in dents and straightening and smoothing the surface.
  • For closing gaps between plaster walls and boards or gypsum walls.

  • Flexibility: 6 mm (Sheen)
  • Viscosity: 70,000 cPs (Brookfield)
  • Density: 1.6 gm/cm3
  • Hardness: 1 Dg (Erichsen)

  • PVA emulsion.
  • Fillers – gypsum.
  • Smoothing substances.
  • Preservatives.

  • White.

Gloss:

  • Matte.

Touch-dryness:

  • 30 – 60 minutes (According to the layers thickness and temp.)

Drying time period between layer applications:

  • 2-3 hours. Final: 3-4 hours.

Application methods:

  • Spread with a spatula.
  • Polish with sandpaper until receiving a smooth surface.

 Dilution:

  • No dilution.

Surface preparations:

  • Clean the surface thoroughly from all the dirt, dust and paint.
  • Enlarge cracks to width and depth of between 3 to 8 mm.

Packaging:

  • 1 liter,2.5 liter, 5 liters, 18 liters.

Storage:

  • In a shaded and cool place at room temperature with appropriate ventilation.
  • Is not freeze durable ( except the export model)
  • Keep lid hermetic sealed.

Shelf life span:

  • 12 months in its original package.

Equipment cleansing:

  • With soap and water immediately after usage.
  • The old layer could be removed with acetone or with paint remover.

  • In factory laboratories according to specifications.
  • COA and COC certificate.

Safety precautions:

  • Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
  • Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
