Extremely rigid and durable color/varnish, yet flexible, fast drying, suitable for spraying, for painting vehicle bumpers for scratch resistance. Suitable for Denbergloss lacquer coating direct gloss for the vehicle. Creates an ultra-rigid yet flexible protective layer for bending.

Shade:

  • Transparent, white, a variety of shades from the car catalogs.
  • Metallic.

Gloss:

  • Glossy.

Drying to the touch:

  • 10-30 minutes. (Due to the rapid drying prevented during spray from over spray “dust”) If “dust” is created at the time of spraying, add a retarder and reduce air pressure to the spray.

Drying between layers:

  • 60-90 minutes.
  • Final: 3-6 hours.

Application methods:

  • brushing, spraying.
  • First layer – 4-atm. pressure spraying is recommended.
  • Second layer – same.

Dilution:

  • Tinner 21-D only.
  • Brushing/rolling – 10-20% spray –30%.

Preparation of surface:

  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose paint.
  • Rub with glass paper to remove grains and clean with air pressure.
  • Filling large holes and sockets with a polyester filler and small holes with Compact schpachtel or Acryl car filler.

Primer:

  • compact schpachtel or Denverdiuk Primer Universal or Acrylic Car filler.

Packaging:

  • 1 liter, 5 liters, 18 liters.

Storage:

  • In a cool, shady place at room temperature.
  • Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Tool Cleaning:

  • Thinner 21-D at the end of painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible,
  • out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from heats and fire.
  • Smoking is not allowed while on work.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application. Air must be provided if necessary.
  • Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.
