Tutgum 7 produced transparent and in some shades, fast drying decorative smooth and durable. Applying can be in several layers.

Erosion – 120 micron – 900 cycles (BYK Gardner ) ASTM
Gloss 60⁰C – Glossy >80 %, mate <13%,
Distilled water resistance 24 hours – with no loss of adhesion or corrosion 1 hour after take out of the liquid.
Resistance to hydrocarbons – with no loss of adhesion 1 hour after take out of the liquid.
Oil Resistant 24 h at 1250 121^OC – without loss of adhesion four hours after pull off the liquid.
Hydraulic oil resistant 24 h at 66^OC – no loss of adhesion four hours after pull of the liquid.
Heat resistance – 121^OC for 60 minutes. Without a change of color up to Delta E = 1 .
- Humidity cabinet test – 30 days 100% humidity temperature 49^OC without losing adhesion or damaging the film
- Thermal shock – with no loss of adhesion.
- Solid % – 58-66 % (clear – colored)
- Electrical insulation (dielectric strength) at a temperature of 18-22 degrees – 30 kV /mm – passes. After 24 hr. deeping in distilled water – 10 kV/ mm

Colors:

Translucent or any shades.

Gloss:

Glossy, silky, matte.

Touch-dry time:

0.5-1 hours. Final – 24 hr. air dry.
Stoving: 70-80^OC for 10-30 minutes. For final dry.

Application method:

Brushing, roller, spraying, deeping.

Dilution:

Thinner D-18 until viscosity 13-19 sec. #4.

Surface preparation:

Thorough cleaning dust, grease, dirt and loose paint.

Packaging:

1, 2.5, 5 , 18 liter

Storage:

Cool and shaded place at room temperature with appropriate ventilation.
Keep lids hermetically closed.

Tools cleaning:

Thinner D-21 at the end of work.
