Electric isolation nitro paint/lacquer
Hard & flexible (scratch resistance) high quality nitrocellulose paint/lacquer clear/tinted dries quickly, for electric isolation. Internal and external especially suitable as protective coating for electrical insulation of electrical and electronic systems exposed to water and humidity to prevent short circuits.

Properties:
- Excellent electrical insulation up to 150,000 volts per millimeter for a dry layer 25 microns.
- Smooth and hard finish.
- Flexible and tough as one.
- Very washed and repulsive dust and dirt.
- High hardness, suitable for meeting external conditions.
- Excellent adhesion capacity for infrastructure.
- Resistant to scratches and mechanical injuries.
- Easy to implement.
- Chemical resistant.
- Heat and cold resistance.
- Quick drying.
- Contains no cadmium, lead, chromats.
Applications:
- For painting the top layer of metal doors and railings – steel and aluminum for electrical insulation.
- For painting metal electrical cabinets and central box/tin power nodes.
- For painting steel constructions, steel pillars and metal fences where there may be electrocution.
- For coating electrical contacts, cable shoes, etc.
- As an upper layer for electrical insulation of systems that may come into contact with water or high humidity and transmit electricity that can endanger human life and/or cause short circuits.

- Jet fuel resistant liquid – 7 days at room temperature – without loss of adhesion 4 hours after extraction from the liquid.
- Heat-resistant – 121oC for 60 minutes. No hue changes to Delta E=1.
- Humidity chamber – 30 days in 100% humidity at 49oC temperature without loss of adhesion or damage to film an hour after extraction from the liquid.
- Thermal market – no Adhesion losses.

Touch dry time:
- 10-30 minutes.
- To avoid “dust” due to “over spray” add retarder and lower the pressure,
Drying time:
- Between layers: 30 minutes
- Final : 3-6 hours
APPLICATION METHODS
- Brushing, spraying, roller, immersion.
Dilution:
- With D-21 thinner merely.
- For brushing/rolling – 10-20% dilution.
- For spraying – 30% dilution.
- Airless – 5-10 %
- Dipping – 60-80%

Surface preparation:
- Clean the surface thoroughly by rubbing out with glass paper to remove oils & dirt of all kind.
- Seal pores with Denberduke primer universal.
- Iron – mechanical polishing to white metal and painting anticorrosive primer – synthetic Denberust or Tutgum Primer or Epoxyden Primer Rust Converter.
- Galvanizes – white totegum galvanize or pa&PU epoxyden.
- Aluminum – Epoxyden Wash Primer.
Packaging:
- 1, 5, 18 liters
Storage:
- In a shaded & cool place at room temp. with appropriate ventilation.
- Keep lid hermetically sealed.
Shelf life:
- 12 month in its original package.
Equipment cleaning:
- Clean with D-21 thinner immediately after the painting application is over.
