- 12 minutes per layer 100 microns wet. (Due to the rapid drying avoid over spray)
- If “dust” is created during spraying, stop painting and remove with thinner the defective color and repaint, add a retrader (drying inhibitor) and reduce air pressure to the sprayer to prevent the phenomenon. If the phenomenon does not disappear, stop painting and painting again at a lower environmental temperature.
Drying between layers:
- 12 hours . Final:24 hours.

Application methods:
- Brush, roller, spraying.
- spray – it is recommended to spray with entry pressure up to 4 atm.
- Airles – Dilution 0-5% nozzle “0.021
Dilution:
- Thinner 4/100 D. (suitable for MIL-T-81771 Type II)
- 10-25% in volume according to the need for brushing/roller. If the film appearance is “orange peel”, thinner can be increased to 35%.
- Spray gun – 10-25%
- Airles –0-5%
Preparation of surface:
- Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose paint.
- Old paint – rubbing with glass paper and removing grains: blowing with air pressure and cleaning with a cloth dipped in a suitable thinner.
- Aluminum and aviation aluminum alloys – treatment for the preparation by burning and passivation area according to the standards: MIL-C-5541 MIL-C-81706
- Very large elements – removal of paint with approved gradients and rinsing with water to neutralize. Polish/spray Soft balls for roughness and thorough cleaning. Thorough rinse and drying.

Instruction for use:
- Carefully open parts A and B and mix separately well.
- Pour both parts a required amount in the appropriate ratio and mix well with a mechanical mixer (recommended by air pressure for safety reasons) for a uniform mixture.
- Wait 10 minutes and stir again while adding a thinner as required.
- Floors – with roller spread a uniform layer, it is possible after drying another layer. Harden 7 days before full use.
- Pour into paint equipment and spray a thin, uniform layer for at least 50 microns of dry thickness. If necessary if the layer is uneven or the part is not fully painted, wait about 4 hours (up to 12 hours if it has not completely dried up otherwise a collapsed layer will be obtained) and spray another layer.
- Enter a clean, opaque drying room and temp controller for 12 hours before painting the top layer.
- Wash well painted equipment at the end of the job.
Top color:
- Denbergllos Clear for UV protection , the paint is very sensitive to sunlight and without the denbergloss protection it will fade quickly.
Life after mixing into blend A + B of 5 liters:
- Temperature 15oC – 10 hours
- at Temperature 20oC – 8 hours
- at Temperature 25oC – 6 hours
- at Temperature 30oC – 5 hours
- at Temperature 35oC – 4 hours
