DenberCryl Antiflame – intumescent. Water dilution for protection metal from fire.
Flexible polyvinyl acetate high build paint water dilution, intumescing in fire, prevents fire spread and smoke ejects. For interior and exterior coating. High viscosity paint for coating metal building elements and prevent collapse in event of fire. Intumescent and isolate the effects of heat when a fire on steel. Contains materials that prevent the development of flame combustion driven, and the spread of fire, and its influences. Contains material to minimize smoke. Diluted with water, very strong with a unique molecular structure.

Intumescent paint to protect metals from fire
Properties:
- PVA intumescent paint, suitable for interior and exterior uses too with a protection coat of Tutgum antiflame, provides protection to steel structures from fire up to 2 hours.
- A quick drying, ready to repaint every 4-6 hours depending on the environment temperature.
- A great adhesion to a thin layer of epoxyden primer brominated.
- Super adhesion to layers from the same family (such as steel guard, ).
- Easily implemented by spreading with spray gun, airless, roller or Flexible and not cracking.
- Prevents the spread and development of flame.
- Emits gas that shutdown flame.
- Depressing smoke isolated the spread of heat to the infrastructure.
- Dilution with water, can be applied as a paint on glass wool
- Intumescent up to 60 times and physically push the fire from the steel
Applications:
- Coating steel beams and columns, and prevent metal structures crash in event of fire.
- Coating steel roof support columns to prevent crash
