Properties:

  • Decorative grey coat intumescent in fire.
  • Ready to use after dilution with water if necessary and stirring.
  • Excellent fire retardant coat.
  • Excellent adhesion capacity to Epoxyden primer antiflame.
  • Easy to apply with roller or spray with a gun Denbertex.
  • Mechanical strength.
  • Excellent resistance to outdoor conditions, resistance to UV
  • Quick drying.
  • Can be applied with a thick layer of up to 2.5 kg per square meter.

Applications:
• Exterior and interior metal beams and columbsprofiles fire protection in buildings.

Recommended Application Methods:

  • Spray with bertex spray gun and nozzle 3 mm.
  • Roller Bertex (PARALON ROLLER WITH BIG HOLLS)
  • It is forbidden to apply outdoor in rainy day.

Instruction for Use:

  • Open carefully and stir well.
  • Surface must be clean from dirt, rust, oils and previous paints.
  • Add 5% water when application by brush or roller, 10-20% for spraying.
  • Paint a coat of 1-2 mm.

Surface Preparation:

  • Perfect surface cleaning needed, clean any dirt and grease.

Primer:

  • Epoxyden primer antiflame.

Package:

  • 5 liter, 18 liter

Storage:

  • Appropriate shaded room with proper ventilation.
  • Keep lids hermetic sealed.

Shelf Life:

  • 12 month in original package.

Clean Up:

  • Clean with water and soap after painting completion
