  • Airless/Turbine: 0-5% thinner D-5/9 pressure 5-6 0.015” nozzle .

Surface preparation:

  • Mechnical or chemical cleansing until metal is white.
  • Mechanical: grade ST-3 steel brushes.
  • Chemical: rust remover 3000; Grease/oils: degreaser M
  • Sand blasting grade: SA 2.5

Primer:

  • Epoxyden electrostatic primer.
