Thick powerful high build heavy duty epoxy coating. Strong and solvent less, for coating directly on light rust. Based on special epoxy resins WITH RUST CONVERTER. Providing toughness, chemical and mechanical protection. Excellent sealer prevents penetration of humidity.

Applications:

Rust metals.
Fuel tanks all over.
Coating concrete walls and floors under tankers (new and old).
Painting tanks and pipes of: fuels, kerosene, jet fuel, kerosene etc..
Painting tanks and tankers of drinking water.
Coating any concrete or metal tankers or reservoirs for drinking water or chemicals.
Can be applied with brush in one thick layer without limit thickness on fiberglass net/interglass for fixing holes.
With dilution can be sprayed with airless.

Pot life = working time from mixing B + A (with no dilution)– <20 minutes.
Pot life = with 35% thinner 4/100 – 40-60 minutes
Distilled water resistance for 24 hr. – without losing adhesion or corrosion 1 hr. after taking out of water.
Carbon resistance – no loss of adhesion durability 1 after taking out of the solvent.
Resistance to oil 1250 24 hours in 121^oC – no loss of adhesion 4 hours after taking out of the oil.
Hydraulic oil resistance 24 in 66^oC – without losing adhesion 4 hours after taking out of the oil.
Aviation Fuel resistance – 7 days in room temp. – without losing adhesion 4 hours after taking out of the fuel
Heat resistance 121^O C during 60 minutes – NO shade changes to Delta E = 1.
Adhesion to metal – 210kg/cm²
Humidity cabinet – 30 days in 100% humidity in 49 ^oC – no loss of adhesion or damage to the film after 1 hr. Out of cabinet.
Salt spray durability – 3000 hours with no corrosion occurs.

Application methods:

Pouring and leveling, and taking of the air with thorns roller.
Spraying after dilution with thinner 4/100

Dilution:

Without dilution when pouring for casting on floor or fixing holes.
25-35% for spraying, brushing, roller
15-20% for airless spraying, pressure 5 atm. Nozzle 0.026″ or 0.030″

Surface preparation:

Preparing metal surfaces: mechanical cleaning with brushes made of steel/bronze if flammable environment or clean with sand blast to get white metal SA 2.5 . Chemical cleaning: removing rust with degreezer 3000 and burned oils and grease with degreaser M
Primer coat : 50 micron layer, wait until thickly but not completely dry and apply the Epoxyden – Elastic 3308 in thickness of 500 micron min.
Preparing concrete floors: planetary polishing with diamond stones in vacuum or shot blast machine.
Perfect cleaning from dust, dirt or grease or loose paint (with degreezer M)
Primer Epoxyden 450 for damp floors or Epoxyden floor primer – standard primer for dry surfaces.
Fill holes with grout epoxy.
Open the concrete cracks and stitches and fill with elastomeric 225A.
With Diamond disk make thresholds (mechanical anchor) width of 1 cm and depth of 5 mm, in steel connection with concrete – this will be about 1 cm slot from the steel.

Primer:

For iron – Epoxyden 19 antirust or Epoxyden primer rust converter.
For concrete – Epoxyden floor primer or Epoxyden floor primer 450 for damp surfaces.

For UV durability:

Coat with denbergloss acrylic coat.

Packaging:

3.75+1.25 = 5 liter, 13.5 + 4.5 = 18 liter,

Storage:

In a cool shaded place in room temp. with proper ventilation.
Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

12 months in original package.
