A coating system for powerful industrial floors, rough against skating. The polyurethane cement coating system is 100% solids and multi-thickness and powerful for coating industrial floors with extremely wet work surfaces in the food industries and others. Thermal Shock resistant coating at extremely cold temperatures in cooled and frozen rooms as well as high temperatures of water and boiling oil on the floor as well as resistance to detergents and steam in industrial cleaning machines. Quick drying in a few hours.
Uniform monolithic floor coating without gaps in which dirt and pollution can accumulate, especially strong, wear resistant with a unique molecular structure, which is fully sealed from moisture and allows elongation and shrink according to extreme temperature changes as in cooling and freezing rooms and kitchens and factories where boiling oil or boiling water is poured on the floor. Provides a rough coating that prevents slipping and a very strong coating layer resistant to erosion and chemicals and is suitable for regular use including pallet carts and forklifts. Isolates and bridges over capillary cracks.

- Coated area is very washable with pressure steam machine as well as industrial machines with brushes.
- Consists of three components: part A – base, part 2 – hardener, part C – aggregates, you can add or decrease the amount of aggregate (part C) at the time of the pour to choose a rough or gentle or completely smooth roughness level.

Applications:
- Hard coating resistant to abrasion, thick 6-9 mm in one cast of wet and/or greasy anti-slip food factory floors.
- Coating of industrial kitchen floors.
- Fill spread intervals with concrete and around drainage dinghies on the floor.
- Coating of cooling and freezing room floors.
- Around the stainless steel canals on the floors of an industrial kitchen.
Technical specifications:
- Preparation of a casting mixture: A- Base – 3 liters, B – hardener – 1 liter, C- aggregate – 12 kg, total 16 kg . (Larger mixtures are difficult to mix with an electric stirrer)
- Theoretical coverage – 2 kg per square meter per mm thick. (for 6 mm thick – 12 kg mixture, per 9 mm thickness – 18 kg mixture).
- Minimum coverage recommended for cooling rooms – 3 mm thickness = 3 liters per square meter = 6 kg per square meter.
- Film elasticity without aggregate – 1 mm (sheen).
- Film elongation without aggregates – >37%
- Density A + B – 1.0-1.1 gm\cm3 viscosity – 20,000 cps (Brookfield).
- Hardness – >10 Dg (Erickson).
- Mixing ratio A: B – 3:1
- abrasion – 120 microns – 1500 cycles (Gardner) ASTM.
- Recommended layer thickness – no limit in thickness but no less than 1000 microns.
- Multiple layers are recommended – In one thick layer or in the future, additional layers are unlimited only easy polishing to prepare the area to improve the adhesion between the layers.

Contains:
- Special polyurethane resin mixtures.
- Self-leveling additives.
- Special flex solidifies.
- Fillers, pigments.
- Additives.
Shades:
- Red, Gray, cream, yellow.
Sheen:
- Silk
Touch-dryness:
- 1 hours at 25°C. For walking – 4-6 hours. Final hardness – 3 days.
Wait time period between layer applications:
- 6-24 hours. (figures change according to the temperature).

Ventilation:
- Does not contain any solvents so that a medium amount of air is required.
Application methods:
- Pour and spread with hard wiper and it will self-level.
Thinning:
- No thinning needed. To coat small areas it is required to make a suitable amount of mixture for immediate use.
Surface preparations:
- It is required to apply on the Epoxyden floor primer.
- Surface must be completely clean and dry.
- On concrete – (the concrete on which it is poured must have a minimum pressing strength of 25 Newtons per mm2) planetary diamond polishing in a vacuum and a thorough vacuum pumping, if the concrete is extremely dense and the pours do not open in polishing , a slight mechanical scrub should be performed to improve the adherence of the coating layer. A thorough vacuum and applying a primer 450 penetrating layer for humid areas.
- Renewal of existing coating – thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose paint. Applying detergent removes fat and rubbing a broom. Splashing water at 150-200 150 atm. minimum and waiting for full drying. Rubbing with glass paper to remove grains and thorough vacuum pumping. In case concrete is exposed, apply primer Epoxyden 450.
- Filling large holes and sockets with Epoxyden Grout/Schpachtel.
- Filling constructive cracks with polyflex gum after widening and deepening the crack.

Primer:
- Epoxyden floor primer.
- For wet terrazzo floors – Epoxyden primer 450
Packaging:
- 3 liters base + 1 liter of hardener + 12 kg aggregate.
Storage:
- Store in a shaded place, at temperatures of between 15°C-32°C.
Self life span:
- Part A -24 months in its original package. Hardener – 12 months.
Equipment cleansing:
- Use D-11 thinner immediately after applying.
Quality control:
- In factory laboratories according to specifications.
- COA and COC certificate.

Safety precautions:
- Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
- While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
- Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
- Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
- In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
