Properties :

  • Appropriate for floors that heavy equipment and carts move on. Covers the floor with an even and smooth coat that has no stitches. Easy to clean and leaves a clean floor after an ordinary wash.
  • Excellent adhering ability to Epoxyden floor primer layers.
  • High mechanical strength and excellent erosion durability.
  • Durable in dry heats of up to 200°C on short periods of time and up to l50°C for long periods of time.

Technical specifications:

    • Amount needed per sqm. For 330 dry microns- 1 liter per 2 sqm.
    • Theoretical coverage: 1 liter per 15 sqm. of 40 micron width.
    • Density: 1.6-1.7 gm/cm3 (DIN 51575)
    • Solids – 65%
    • Mixing ratio by volume: 2.5:1
    • Flash point: Base at 255°C, hardener: 166°C (isn’t flammable , doesn’t contain solvents) (DIN 53213  53213 )
    • Hardness: >3 Dg (ERICSON) (over 60  DIN 53153)
    • Flexibility: film 120 microns – 2mm (SHEEN).
    • Viscosity: 12,000-15,000 CPS (BROOKFIELD)
    • Erosion endurance: 4100 cycle (Gardener) ATSM, roll CS,-17 l kg load, 1000 cycles, 45 milligrams lose, according to ASTM 4060 standard.
    • Adhesion to concrete: stronger than the concrete.
    • Adhesion to Epoxyden floor primer:  245kg per cm.
    • Flexibility in drag  10% N/mm 2  (DIN 53457)

 Touch-dry time:

  • 1 hour at 25°C for a 100 micron layer.

 Wait time period between layer applications:

  • 12-16 hours. Final 24-48 hours. Finish: 3-7 days (figures change according to the temperature).

 Pot life for 500 micron layering:

Application  methods:

  • Pour and spread tiny layer with hard wiper and it will self-level leave smooth with teflon aggregates make it anti slip floor. Go over with stich roller to takeout the air.

 Thinning:

  • For roller: no need, to use as is.
  • For squeegee: no need, to use as is.
  • For spraying: Add a small amount in order to ease the spraying.

 Surface preparations:

  • It is required to apply on the Epoxyden floor primer surface only if it is completely clean and dry.

 Instructions:

  • Make sure that the primer layer is dry, clean any dirt, dust and grease.
  • Open carefully parts A and B of the paint and pour B to A in ratio 2.5: 1 the required amount. Stir well and immediately pour on the edge surface floor.
  • With a large wiper spread the mixture evenly on the entire surface.
  • It is recommended not to move any heavy equipment such as trucks and forklifts on the surface for at least 3 days.

 Pot Life after mixture according to the temperature:

5 liters of A +B mixture

15°C 3 hours

25°C 1.5 hours

Package:

  • 3.6+1.4 =5 liters,  5+13= 18 liters ,

 Storage:

  • Store in a shaded place, at a temperature of between 15°C-32°C  with proper ventilation.
  • Keep lids tightly closed.

 Shelf life :

  • 24 months in its original package.

 Equipment cleansing:

  • Use D-4/100 thinner immediately after painting.

 Quality control:

  • In factory laboratories according to specifications.
  • COA and COC certificate.

Safety precautions:

  • Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
  • Flammable – keep distant from heated areas, fires, flames, and sparks, Prohibit smoking in working area.
  • While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
  • Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
  • Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
  • In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
