Suitable for coating reservoirs and pipes as protection coat against acids, bases, solvents, water, salt water, sewer, industrial sewer. Based on special epoxy resins. A thick strong and hard top layer coating resistant to mechanical hits scratches, chemicals and fuels.
Provides for long period of time resistance to acids and chemicals with high alkalinity.
Very good adhesion to any hard infrastructure including cement and steel alloy on the appropriate primer.
Easy to apply by pouring, self-leveling.
Drying hard after 24 hr..
Durable in high humidity ant salty environment. sewage water and most chemicals and solvents and oils and fuels.
Durable in heat and cold environment.
Does not contain cadmium, lead, chromates, and isocyanates.

Applications:

As medium and top coat for chemical reservoirs.
Coating concrete and steel surfaces have contact with aggressive chemicals (see list of them in table above)
Internal and external coat to tankers with chemicals.
Coating concrete walls and floors under tankers (new and old).
Painting tanks and pipes of: fuels, kerosene, jet fuel, kerosene etc.

Surface preparation:

Perfect cleaning from dust, dirt or grease or loose paint (with Degreezer M)
Preparing concrete floors: planetary polishing with diamond stones in vacuum or shot blast machine.
Preparing metal surfaces: mechanical cleaning with brushes made of steel/bronze if flammable environment or clean with sand blast to get white metal SA 2.5 . Chemical cleaning: removing rust with Degreezer 3000 and burned oils and grease with Degreaser M
Primer coat: 50 micron layer. wait until thickly but not completely dry and apply the Epoxyden 3309 in thickness of 500 micron min.
Primer Epoxyden 450 for damp floors or Epoxyden floor primer – standard primer for dry surfaces.
Fill holes with grout epoxy.
Open the concrete cracks and stitches and fill with elastomeric 225A.
With Diamond disk make thresholds (mechanical anchor). width of 1 cm and depth of 5 mm. in steel connection with concrete – this will be about 1 cm slot from the steel.

Primer:

For iron – Epoxyden 19 antirust or Epoxyden primer rust converter.
For concrete – Epoxyden floor primer or Epoxyden floor primer 450 for damp surfaces.

Packaging:

3.6+1.4 = 5 liter, 13 +5 = 18 liter,

Storage:

In a cool shaded place in room temp. with proper ventilation.
Keep lids tightly closed.

Safety precautions:

Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
