For pouring 0.5-1 mm thickness floor/wall coating. Can be spread easy self leveling or spray with airless. Tinted heavy duty industrial wall and floor paint.

Double component polyamine epoxy, for painting or pouring industrial floors and painting walls. For harsh and extreme condition endurance. Has excellent chemical and erosion durability. A smooth surface that has light to medium load endurance.

Properties :

Durable in dry heats of up to 200°C on short periods of time and up to l50°C for long periods of time.

Touch-dry time:

1 hour at 25°C for a 100 micron layer.

Wait time period between layer applications:

12-16 hours. Final 24-48 hours. Finish: 3-7 days (figures change according to the temperature).

Application methods:

Pour and spread with hard wiper and go over with stich roller to takeout the air.

Thinning:

Add a small amount in order to ease the spraying or To coat small areas it is required to make a suitable amount of mixture for immediate use.

Surface preparations:

It is required to apply on the Epoxyden floor primer surface only if it is completely clean and dry.

Instructions:

Make sure that the primer layer is dry, clean any dirt, dust and grease.
Open carefully parts A and B of the paint and pour B to A in ratio 2.5: 1 the required amount. Stir well and immediately pour on the edge surface floor.
With a large wiper spread the mixture evenly on the entire surface or spread desired layer thickness with suitable roller.
It is recommended not to move any heavy equipment such as forklifts on the surface for at least 7 days.

Pot Life after mixture according to the temperature:

Package:

3.6+1.4 =5 liters, 5+13= 18 liters ,

Storage:

Store in a shaded place, at a temperature of between 15°C-32°C with proper ventilation.
Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life :

24 months in its original package.

Equipment cleansing:

Use D-4/100 thinner immediately afteruse.

Safety precautions:

Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
Flammable – keep distant from heated areas, fires, flames, and sparks, Prohibit smoking in working area.
While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
