Synthetic fast drying Electro static anticorrosive metal primer with zinc phosphate. Electrically charged for electrostatic spraying with electrostatic spray equipment. A glossy upper synthetic paint electrically charged for a mainly electrostatic spray of complex bodies that you want to wrap in paint from all directions in a head-on spray on the painted body. Excellent for preventing rust development on the painted metal. Durable for many years. Primer coat before top coat painting.

Surface preparation:

  • Removal of rust and grease until getting white metal.
  • Chemical – rust remover – Denber rust remover 3000, grease remover – degreaser M.
  • Sand blast – level SA 2.5

Packing:

  • 5-liter, 18-liter.

Storage:

  • Store in well shaded place at room temp. with appropriate ventilation.
  • Keep lid tightly sealed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in original package.

Safety precautions:

  • Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
  • Flammable – keep distant from heated areas, fires, flames, and sparks, prohibit smoking in working area.
  • While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
  • Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
  • Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
  • In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
