Properties:

  • Creates ground shielding on the structure/element that it is painted on it.
  • Prevents transfer of radio waves from communication equipment (transmitting antennas, cellular phones) and electromagnetic waves emitted from electric power boxes & high voltage cables.
  • Water born one component paint, easy to implement.
  • Economical paint can be apply in a thin layer,
  • In connection to ground point, improves the defense from radiation and prevents static electricity loading.

Applications:

  • For internal and external building walls.
  • For coating walls facing to cellular antennas and/or electrical high voltage cables and/or boxes.

Contains:

  • High quality polyurethane emulsion durable in extreme conditions.
  • Fillers, pigments, conductive materials.
  • Special flexibility materials.
  • Additives.

Colors:

  • Black

Gloss:

  • Silk

Touch-dry time:

  • 60 min. (Due to the quick drying time avoid from over spray. Avoid spraying “dust”).
  • If creates “dust” while spraying add retarder and reduce air pressure.

Drying time between layers:

  • 6-8 hours. Final: 24 hours.

Application methods:

  • Brush, roller. Spray.
  • It is recommended to spray in pressure of 5 atm.

Dilution:

  • Water.
  • Brush/roller – 10-20%
  • Spray: 30% first layer second layer 5%.

Surface preparation:

  • A thorough cleaning from grease, dirt and loose paint.
  • Sanding with glass paper to remove all grains and blow all the dust with air pressure.

Primer:

  • On new wall – sand to remove all mortar grains. Coat first layer with Denbertex primer and two layers of Aqua flex EMR.
  • On old paint – sand lightly with glass paper, remove all grease and dirt and any loose paint, coat with Denbertex primer and 1-2 layers Aqua Flex EMR

Packaging:

  • 5-liter, 18 liter.

Storage:

  • In a cool shaded place in room temp.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in original package.
