Unique high quality one component electrical conductive water based polyurethane colored paint. A strong & flexible low viscosity and low resistance colored paint – with high electrical conductivity suitable to paint electronic instruments, electrical cables etc. The paint preventing the problem of static electricity by grounding it.

Properties:
- Excellent adherence to plastic and for many other materials.
- Useful for exterior conditions.
- V proof.
- Decorative various colored paints.
- It has a strong & flexible paint layer.
- High hardness, scratches resistance.
- High conductivity, low resistance to electrical currents.
- One component, easy to apply.
- Durable to high electrical currents & shocks (lightning).
- The thickness of the paint layer should be at least 75 micron in order to get electrical conductivity of about 300-900 ohms.

- External and internal coating of plastic electrical/electronic equipment.
- For grounding sensitive electronic equipment.
- For grounding lightning and electrical flashes and sparks.
- For shielding electric and radio waves cables.
- For grounding static electricity on walls.
- For marking and grounding control and warning systems and electronic medical equipment’s.
- For marking and painting level sensors in plastic/polypropylene tankers.

Technical data:
- Coverage – 1 liter per 8 sqm. (wet layer of 120 mic.)
- Flexibility – 1 mm (Sheen)
- Density – 1.2-1.6 gm/cm3
- Viscosity – 2-3 Pa.sec (Haaake)
- Hardness – > 3 Dg (Erichsen)
- Recommended layer thickness – 120 mic. wet film.
- Conductive materials – 30-55%
- Solids – 50-75%
- Adhesion – 5B (ASTM D-3359-78)
- Resistance – of film 10 cm long, 1 cm width and thickness of 100 microns – 300-900 ohm.
- Recommended number of layers – 1-2 (in case resistance is steel high third layer can be apply to improve conductivity)

- Polyurethane emulsion water base.
- Fillers,

- Any grey shade, black, blue, green, brown, red/brown, beige, transparent and more.
Gloss:
- Silky
Touch dry time:
- 1-2 hours, Final: 24 hours.
Application methods:
- Brush, roller, spray.
Dilution:
- With water.

- Open carefully and stir

Surface Preparation:
- Surface must be clean from dirt, rust, oils and previous
- Surface can be cleaned with clean rag dipped in alcohol to remove all oils/grease
- Sand lightly with glass paper to remove any gloss or dry from sun surface.
Primer:
- The paint itself.
Top Coat:
- The paint itself.
Package:
- 5, 1 liter. 2.5 liter. 5 liter, 18 liter.
Storage:
- Appropriate shaded room with proper ventilation
- Keep lids hermetic sealed.

- 12 month in original

- Clean with water and soap after painting completion

Safety precautions:
- Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
- While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
- Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
- Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
- In case of an injury immediately get doctors assistance.
- Read the safety instructions on the labels.
