Electrically conductive grease prevents corrosion in contacts and electrical connections AL/AL, A/CU, CU/CU, antistatic for grinding bearings, drive chains for discharging and preventing the accumulation of static electricity. Anticorrosive prevents oxidation from the air of electrical contacts and electrical connectors, accumulation strips and battery contacts. Prevents oxidation and improves electrical conduction. Resistant to high temperatures, 100% solids .

ANTI-OXIDANT ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVE GREASE AL/AL, AL/CU, CU/CU – sealing from humidity prevents oxidation of electrical connectors and contactors, durable for high temperature, long-life protection.

Characteristics:

  • Thick, sealing grease prevents moisture from passing to electrical contacts and prevents them from oxidizing.
  • Conducts electricity and allows clean electricity to pass through the contacts. Anti-static.
  • Prevents the accumulation of corrosion in copper and aluminum electrical contacts.
  • Prevents the formation of accelerated corrosion between copper strips and aluminum electrical contacts.
  • Especially effective in joining different metals where corrosion develops faster.
  • Resistant up to O C300
  • Prevents wear and extends the life of pleasant electrical contacts.
  • Extremely high sliding coefficient.
  • Does not dry out. Can be removed with a cloth dipped in turpentine or any other organic solvent.

uses:

  • For application on all types of electrical contacts AL/AL, AL/CU, CU/CU switches and connectors to preserve and improve the slip coefficient.
  • For applying to electrical contacts in constant or proactive motion.
  • For coating and regular maintenance of electrical cables and contacts in an electric train. Improves conductivity and reduces abrasive wear.
  • For application on electrical connections, cable lugs, screws, battery contacts, hinges. Bearings, gears, joints.
  • Antistatic for discharging static electricity in bearings, chains and axles in motion.
  • and for applying on accumulation strips exposed to a corrosive and/or humid atmosphere to prevent oxidation.
  • For application on copper and aluminum connections, on battery contacts and cable lugs.
  • For application on lamp screws to improve contact and stronger lighting.
  • and for application on main copper circuit breakers in tarpo rooms.

Application methods:

  • spreading.

User manual:

  • Clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dust, dirt, oil, grease first. The surface must be completely dry.
  • Open the box and apply antistatic grease with a brush or a flexible plastic tool in the required amount on the treated area. Apply well from all directions for complete sealing and to prevent moisture penetration.
  • Apply a layer of at least 150-200 microns.

Dilution:

  • Without dilution.
  • Spray on areas disconnected from electricity – dilute with turpentine and spray.

  • 0.5 liter, 1 liter, 2.5 liter, 5 liter, 18 liter.

storage:

  • In a cool and shady place at room temperature.
  • Make sure the lids are tightly closed.

Shelf Life:

  • 24 months in the original packaging.
