A particularly strong binding element for connecting a thick and heavy Schlicht layer to the wall
Area preparation:
- Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt, plaster and loose paint.
- New black plaster should be coarsely brushed to remove grain, remove any dirt, splashes of paint if loose, widen cracks and fill with polyflex sausage putty.
- On a painted wall – light rubbing with sandpaper if there is coarse dirt to remove, high water pressure washing up to about 150 atm. Cracks – filling cracks with polyplex putty. Putty repairs if required – Dunbar acrylic putty . Interior walls: filling capillary cracks and peels with Dunbar putty, smoothing with sandpaper, removing dust with a damp cloth, painting a first layer of acrylic primer diluted with water and after 3-4 hours another layer without dilution. After 4 hours or the next day you can start coating the colored schlicht on the acrylic foundation for colored schlicht.
- Constructive cracks that are over 3 mm must be widened and deepened while polishing and removing the dust by blowing or vacuuming and filling with a one-component polyurethane polyplex mastic and smoothing. Light polishing and applying Denbartex Solvent Primer to the areas of the repaired cracks.
