Liquid synthetic rubber coating in acrylic solution for external refresh of used car tire wall appearance. Black synthetic rubber coating spray in acrylic solution for quick, flexible, multi-solid, tire coating with spray and/or smear. Fills capillary cracks in the walls of old tires, beans and gives a new look to the tire. Made in Aerosol 400 ml and thicker solution for professionals in 1, 5, liter packages. Manufactured in accordance with standard 755. Contains flame retardants.

Technical data:

Theoretical coverage capacity – 1 liter per 8-10 square meters practical consumption per layer of 100 microns – 150 ml liquid rubber per square meter for 100 microns of dry layer (minimum required).
Recommended number of layers – 1-2
% solid in volume in a tire can – 60% (T.I.785 Part 17).
% solids in volume in the aerosol tire – 100 g liquid rubber per 400 ml
Total volume. 15% solid.
Color pigment content – 45% (T.I. 785 Part 19)
Adhesion– Criss cross cut “0” (T.I.P. 785 Part 27 Film 50 mic. 7 drying days)
Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen) meets israeli standard 935 section 307.

water immersion resistance – no bubbles, No softening, no change in Adhesion, (T.I.935 Section 312)
Resistance to “bleeding” – no less than level 6 according to ASTM D-868 and ASTM D-969
Radiation resistance – 1,200 hours in Q-Pannel with UVA-340 lamp in 8-hour light cycles at O60 temperature and 4 hours at O50 temperature, (Tested by ASTM D-4587-91) –

Resistance to solvents and fuels – Durable according to ASTM D-2792-93
Viscosity –Room temperature 3.0-3.5 Pa.sec (HAAKE) 110-120 Krebs in 200 rounds per minute after manual mixing of 2 minutes (T.I.935 Section 302), after diluting 10% in the thinner – 85-90 Krebs. After 10 days it is stored at 42ºC – the position will increase to 5 krebs.
Rigidity – 3 Dg< (Ericsson)
Abrasion – 120 microns – 850 cycles (Gardner) ASTM, American standard ASTM D4060 dry film thickness 200 microns, weight loss – – 2 g per 500 cycles (device – up to 2.5 g licensed loss) peeling strength – minimum 5 kg per square meter.
Heat resistance up to 70 °C unchanged in features and deformation.
Recommended layer thickness – 150 microns wet.

Dry to touch:

10-15 minutes depending on the temperature of the environment.
Drying time on the wheel – (T.I.935 Section 304 Repair No. 2) – up to 45 minutes

Drying between layers:

20 minutes, final: 3-4 hours (depending on the ambient temperature)

Application methods:

spray with aerosol.

Preparation of the area:

Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt, mud, it is recommended to rinse with a oil remover Degreezer Z , rinse with fresh water and wait to dry, to ensure cleanliness of the area before painting.

Packaging:

400 ml spray.

Storage:

In a cool, shady place at room temperature.
Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning Tools:

Synthetic thinner 18-D immediately after painting.

Safety:

Not edible, out of reach of children.
Flammable, away from heats, fire and sparks.
Ensure proper ventilation during application.
Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing.
In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.

Caution:

Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
Do not paint with high environmental heat and it is recommended to paint onion only and late morning and early evening.
Recommended in heats not exceeding 30 degrees and humidity of up to 50%.
Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin.
In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
Aerosol Spray is a pressure tank, it must be emptied of gas before being thrown in the trash.
It should not be thrown into the fire. There is a risk of exploding.
