Ultra-strong polyurethane lacquer is transparent/in colors a polyurethane base for dilution in 32-D thinning for painting boats and wooden vessels and wooden items for quality protection and decoration as well as to prevent pest gnawing.

Features:

  • Extremely strong and sealed from sea water.
  • Isolates from rain and moisture and prolongs the life of the wood on which it is applied.
  • High durability in outdoor conditions.
  • UV durability protects wood from weathering and decay.
  • Lacquer is flexible and strong.
  • Single-component varnish is convenient to implement.
  • Economical, for painting in a thin layer.
  • Very rigid and resilient with burnout and scratches.

Uses:

  • For painting the interior and exterior of wooden boats and wooden ships.
  • To paint wooden crates and pergolas, Wooden garden furniture, wooden fences

  • Effective coverage – 1 liter to 10- 8 sqm.
  • Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen)
  • Density – 0.9-1.0 gm\cm3
  • Viscosity – 2000-3000 Pa.s (Brookfield)
  • Hardness – 10 Dg (Ericsson)
  • Abrasion – 120 microns – 3500 cycles (Gardner) ASTM
  • Recommended layer thickness –100-120 wet microns.
  • A number of layers is recommended – at least 2 each additional layer darkens the final shade that will be received.

Contains:

  • High-quality polyurethane resin resistant to extreme external conditions.
  • Transparent pigments.
  • Special flex materials.
  • Conservation and protection materials.
  • Additives.
  • Thinners.

Shade:

  • In natural wood shades according to a “Bernish” catalog.

Gloss:

  • Silk.

Drying to the touch:

  • 60 minutes. (Due to the rapid drying prevented during spray from over spray “dust”)
  • If “dust” is created at the time of spraying, add a retarder and reduce air pressure to the spray.

Drying between layers:

  • 6-8 hours.
  • Final: 24 hours.

Application methods:

  • Brushing, rolling, splashing.
  • It is recommended to spray 4 atm. pressure.

Dilution:

  • Thinner 32 – D.
  • Brushing / Scrolling – 10-20%
  • Spraying – First Layer 30% Second Layer – 10%.
  • Preparation of space:
  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose color.
  • Rub with glass paper to remove grains and air pressure owls.
  • Applying a diluted first layer, after drying light polishing with delicate glass paper from a second layer application.

Packaging:

  • 2.5 liters, 5 liters, 18 liters.

Storage:

  • In a cool, shady place at the room temperature.
  • Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning tools:

  • Thinner 32 – D immediately after painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from heat and fire hot spots.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application.
  • Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing. In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.

Caution:

  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin. In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
