Technical data:

  • Theoretical coverage – 1 liter per 10 sqm. Minimum concealment capacity 935 Section 306 – 0.9
  • Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen) meets the examination of Israeli standard 935 Section 307.
  • Grinding – up to 50 microns (T.I.785 Part 15 – up to 60 mick)
  • Density – 1.1-1.3 gm\cm3
  • Water immersion resistance – no bubbles, No softening, no change in Adhesion, (T.I.935 Section 312)
  • Resistance to “bleeding” – no less level 6 according to ASTM D-868 and ASTM D-969
  • For solvent and fuel resistance – durable according to ASTM D-2792-93
  • Viscosity – 78-92 Krebs in 200 rounds per minute after manual mixing of 2 minutes (T.P. 935 Section 302), After dilution 10% in the thinner – 65 Krebs. After 10 days it is stored at 42ºC – the position will increase to 5 krebs.
  • Rigidity – 10 Dg (Ericsson)
  • Abrasion – 120 microns – 3200 cycles (Gardner) ASTM, American standard ASTM D4060 dry film thickness 200 microns, weight loss – 2 g per 500 cycles (up to 2.5 g licensed loss)
  • Recommended layer thickness – 200 microns wet.
  • Recommended number of layers – 2

Drying to the touch:

Application methods:

  • spraying.

Preparation of space:

  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose paint.
  • Rub and polish with sand paper and rinse with water.
  • Clean with thinner before painting.

Packaging:

  • 0.4 liters.

Storage:

  • In a cool, shady place at room temperature.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning Tools:

  • Thinner 18-D immediately after painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from heats, fire and sparks.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application.
  • Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.
  • Pressure tank, do not puncture, empty before throwing it in the trash.
  • Smoking is not allowed during spraying.

Caution:

  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin.
  • In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
