Anticorrosive synthetic iron/steel primer paint based on zinc phosphate. Contains no lead. A rust-preventing protective primer paint containing zinc phosphate, multi-solids for painting iron metals to prevent the development of rust in the painted metal. On it can be painted with a top synthetic decorative paint as topcoat.

  • Excellent adhesion capacity for steel and black iron infrastructure.
  • Easy to implement and dry quickly.
  • Quick drying, ready for repetitive painting and/or coating on the same day and even within a few hours in summer if necessary.
  • High cover area.
  • Contains zinc phosphate that creates resistance and resistance to long-term rust development.

Uses:

  • Painting steel constructions.
  • Painting bars and railings.

Technical data:

  • resistance to solvents and fuels – durable according to ASTM D-2792-93
  • Viscosity – 1.0-2.0 Pa.sec (HAAKE) 78-92 Krebs in 200 rounds per minute after manual mixing of 2 minutes (T.I.935 Section 302),
  • after diluting 10% with thinner – 65 Krebs. After 10 days it is stored at 42ºC – the viscosity will increase up to 5 krebs.
  • Adhesion – Criss cross cut “0” (T.I. 785 Part 27 Film 50 Mic 7 Drying Days)
  • Rigidity – 3 Dg < (Ericsson)
  • Erosion – 120 microns – 1050 cycles (Gardner) ASTM,

  • Zinc phosphate
  • Solvents, additives.
  • Driers.

Color:

  • gray, red brown, IDF – olive green / dirt yellow, mustard yellow, black, and more on order.

Gloss:

  • Matte up to 18%

drying to the touch:

  • 1-2 hours drying for treatment – 10 hours,

drying between layers –

  • 8 hours, final drying – 16 hours.

Preparation of area:

  • Chemical – removal of fats with Degreezer M, removal of rust with Degreezer 3000.
  • Mechanical – Sand cleaning to level 2.5 SA/ STEEL BRUSH ST-3
  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose paint.

  • In a cool, shady place at room temperature.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning tools:

  • Thinner 18-D immediately after painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from heats, fire and sparks.
  • Contains buthane gas and propane
  • make sure to proper ventilation while applying.
  • Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.

Caution:

  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin.
  • In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
  • Do not puncture the container, do not throw it into fire, empty the container of gas before dumping it.
