Prevent broken glass spread

Features:

Flexible transparent coating attaches tightly to glass.
Spray is easy and easy to use.
Prevents the dispersal of shards of glass while shattering was happen.
Applied in one uniform, thick layer on horizontal glass.
Spraying on vertical glass, an additional layer can be combined for thicker coat, 24-hour between layers.

Uses:

For protection risks from glass when breaking.
To protect broken glass spread (from explosion, aircraft noise, shock wave from the epating of vibration equipment, etc.).

Drying to the touch:

3-4 hours depending on the temperature of the environment.

24-48 hours, final: 3-4 hours (depending on the ambient temperature)

Application methods:

Aerosol spray.

Preparation of area:

Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt, it is recommended to rinse with an Degreezer AA that evaporates after cleaning and leaves clean and dry glass. To finish wipe well with soft tissue towel paper.

Instructions for using on a removable glass window:

Remove the window carefully and place on a paper-coated table to prevent unnecessary environmental dirt.
After wiping the glass, place the window on a straight surface lined with paper to prevent environmental dirt while spraying.
Paste duct tape over the areas of the frame that are not required for coating.
Remove the aerosol lid and shake well until you hear the sound of the marbles that help mix.
Spray a thick, uniform layer on the glass surface and wait to dry.
After 2 hours or more, the paste can be gently removed. Do not leave it too long or it will no longer be removable.
Wait at least 24 hours to dry and install the window back in place.

Instructions for using a non-removable glass window:

Clean and wipe the glass carefully as directed above.
Paste adhesive and nylon on the areas around the window that are not required to coat up to 1 meter around the window to prevent the coating from being sprayed on areas that will be very difficult to clean afterwards.
Remove the aerosol lid and shake well until you hear the sound of the marbles that help mix.
Spray a thin even layer over the glass surface without causing leakage and wait to dry for 4 hours or more until you get a sticky but no longer liquid area. Spray an extra layer to thicken the first layer and again without leaks. If leaked is created, wipe immediately or apply gently with a soft hair brush.
After 2 hours or more, the paste can be gently removed. Do not leave it too long or it will no longer be removable.

Storage:

In a cool, shady place at room temperature.
Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning tools and dirt created:

Synthetic thinner 18-D immediately after painting.

Safety:

Not edible, out of reach of children.
Flammable, away from heats, fire and sparks.
Ensure proper ventilation during application.
Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing.
In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.

Caution:

Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
Do not paint with high environmental heat and it is recommended to paint onion only and late morning and early evening.
Recommended in heats not exceeding 30 degrees and humidity of up to 50%.
Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin.
In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
Pressure tank, empty before tossing. Do not throw into the fire – may explode.
