Multi-purpose pure acrylic additive for building uses. Acrylic polymer added to cement and mortar mixtures, improves adhesion, flexibility, strength, workability, abrasion resistance, resistance to chemicals and salts and improve sealing of plaster, clay mixtures for floor and wall tiles, concrete, plaster casting, mosaic and marble walls and floors. Unique acrylic emulsion used in concrete casting and cement mixtures, produced significant improvement in concrete strength and decreases the ratio of water and cement in cement mixtures and thus improves it’s density and strength, speed up the process of curing of concrete and reduces the possibility of cracking. The sealing prevents water from penetrating the concrete and harms the iron rods that become rusty and causing swelling and crumble the concrete and/or cement elements. It prevents the accelerated erosion from weathering and prolong it’s life.

Properties :

Connect to cement mixtures molecularly and becomes an integral part of them.
Improves adhesion, sealing properties, workability, strength, flexibility, abrasion and resistance to chemicals and salts.
Reduces water to cement ratio without compromising the workability, creates concrete with higher density and strength.
Odor-free, water-based, easy to apply.
Transparent and does not change the texture of the concrete.
Fitness improves the adhesion of the mortar used to paste tiles.
Improves water infiltration resistance. Prevents rust of the iron that blow up the concrete.
Enhances durability of plaster of buildings near the sea attacked from the salt in the air.
Improves efflorescence control.
Provides the workability needed and it is unnecessary using lime for it.

Applications :

10% supplement for any cement mixture.
In mortar, ceramic glue, clay cement to paste tiles, ceramic, terrazzo, mosaic, marble, etc.
For casting concrete.

Technical specifications:

Consumption: 10% of the cement quantity in the mixture (first layer mortar -0.4 liter lit./M² thickness 5 mm, plaster – 0.5 l/m² 10 mm thick, clay flooring-1 lit./m² thickness 10 mm).
Viscosity – 13 seconds Cups # 4.
Flexibility – 1 mm (Sheen).
Density – 1.0-1.1 gm\cm³ .
Hardness — 3 Dg (Ericssen).
Abrasion – 120 microns – 500 cycles (Gardner) ASTM.
Scrub resistance – a minimum of 200 cycles according to the Israeli standard 1945.
PH 7-8.

Flexibility improver and advanced materials.
Advanced fungicides and preservatives.

Recipes for preparing cement mixtures with additive Cement Bond 22:

Clay for floor tiles, terrazzo and marble:

15 buckets of sand.
A 50 kg bag of cement.
1 canister 5 liter cement Bond 22
Water as needed while mixing in.

The clay on blocks all kinds (first layer):

10 buckets.
A bag 50 kg of cement.
1 canister 5 liter cement Bond 22.
Water as needed.

Plaster (alignment layer):

18 buckets of sand.
A bag 50 kg of cement.
1 canister 5 liter cement Bond 22.
Water as needed.

Schlicht:

12 buckets of sand filtered for schlicht.
10 buckets lime filtered off.
1 bucket of cement.
1 canister cement Bond 22.
Water as needed.

Textured coat exterior harsh/abrasive blasting/delicate implication:

5 buckets sand rough aggregate.
5 buckets of sand quarry.
1 bucket of quicklime.
2 buckets of white cement.
2 cans 5 liters cement Bond 22.
Water as needed.

Application methods:

10% of the cement mixture, blend well and add minimum water for more uniform mixture and workability.

Surface preparation:

Thorough cleaning from dust, grease, dirt and loose paint.
Old external wall – washing with water pressure min 150 atm.

Packing:

5 liter, 18 liters.

Storage:

In a cool and shaded in the room temperature.
