Oil molds for metal and wood before pouring concrete
Separating liquid for concrete molds in the building
Mold oil for metal and wood before pouring concrete – transparent oil for applying or spraying on iron and wood molds, before pouring concrete, for easy release of the molds at the end of the casting. Absorbs deeply and maintains the flexibility of the wood. Ready to use for proper dilution.
TEMPLATES CONCRETE OIL – clear oil for easy release of metal and wood concrete forms
Characteristics:
- Transparent mineral oil.
- Easy and convenient to apply.
- Easily releases the concrete molds after the casting has dried.
- Reduces friction during casting.
- Minimal staining of the concrete.
- Resistant to outdoor conditions.
- Contains additives that provide good dispersibility.
- Enables obtaining a smooth and clean concrete surface with minimum segregation.
- Wooden molds – protects the wood from weathering and decay.
- Lubricates the wood deeply and prevents drying and cracking.
- Improves the flexibility of the wood and its fracture resistance.
- Metal molds – prevents the concrete from sticking to the mold.
- Lubricates the metal and prevents corrosion and rust.
- Economical, for spraying/applying in a thin layer.
uses:
- Lubrication of metal and wood concrete molds.
- Suitable for lubricating molds for all types of concrete castings, including high pressure casting.
- To prevent concrete sticking to equipment in concrete pumps.
