For use in industrial kitchens removing oils from cooking pots and frying pans.

Alkali dirt and lipids remover, for use in the food industry. Professional and strong for removing all fats and dirt, efficiently and thoroughly dissolves fat and burnt soot of frying trays and cooking pots, baking ovens and fatty work surfaces in the kitchens. A mixture of alkali soaps and detergents together with concentrated soda solutions saturated with these substances and field activists that react with fat and break it down, creating a soapy solution that can be washed with water.

Instructions for use:

Gloves must be worked with.
Apply or spray with 401 deagresser plastic sprayer all over the cleaning area, wait a few minutes (3-15 depending on the amount of fat) and rub well with cues/steel wool and rinse with water.
It is possible to repeat if all fat is not removed.
For washing industrial floors – 1 liter of 401 deagriter with 10 liters of water, sprinkle on the floor, rub well in a broom for insertion or floor cloth for light fat. And should be washed well with plenty of water.
For aluminum pots – apply and within a few minutes when fermentation begins, rinse well with water.
