Characteristics:

Professional quality scale remover.
Attacks the stone/scale deeply and burns the clean area.
Breaks down the scale into a powder that can be washed off with water.
Gives light phosphatization before a ferrous surface that is clean of scale and rust at the end of removal.
Cleans all types of natural stone from stains and dirt in preparation for sealer 16 or 290 for sealing or coating Danberglus clear varnish.

uses:

For removing scale in industry from all types of closed water systems such as cooling towers and steam water.
For cleaning granulite surfaces, marble, travertine, natural stone, Eckerstein tiles and other pavements, etc.

User manual:

Rough cleaning (if accessible) of the part(s) from dust, grease, dirt, loose paint can be done by spraying high water pressure < 150 atm. Polish scale rust with a suitable disk.
Immersion in the bath so that it covers all the part(s) intended for descaling.
Dip the part or repeatedly apply degreaser 3001 on it. For vertical removal, use degreaser 3001 gel, which adheres to the scale for a long time and allows working time until the scale is completely removed.
Wait about 30 minutes contact for light scale, and up to 24 hours for thick scale.
Rinse thoroughly with running water to remove any remaining white powder that forms.
Places where grayish metal free of scale and rust was not obtained, should be dipped again until complete removal.
In closed water systems such as cooling water piping, steam piping, etc., degreaser 3001 must be inserted into the water circulation system and swirl until all scale accumulated in the system is removed. Wash thoroughly with clean water after treatment.
