Epoxyden Primer Oven 150oC antirust
Electrostatic oven epoxy paint 150oC for 30 minutes
A one component anticorrosive stoving epoxy primer or mid. coat suitable for iron and aluminum metals. The product is a red/gray colored primer, contains over 75% solids! Based on Epoxy melamine resin mixed with iron oxides and zinc phosphate. Does not contains coal-tar no chromates and free of lead. The paint creates a strong primer layer with high adhesion to surfaces.
Properties:
- Stoving antirust primer paint.
- A primer with mechanical strength and has high adhesion to ferrous and aluminum metals.
- Creates a proper preparation for a top layer stoving epoxy topcoat.
- Anticorrosive primer protects ferrous metal against oxidation (rust).
- Resistant to solutions of acids or of alkali also in extreme conditions of humidity and moisture.
- The primer has excellent adhesion ability to the surface.
- Useful to bridge between an old paint layers to a new top ones.
- Easy to apply, dries 30 minutes in 150 oC.
- Can be painted by spraying airless/pistola.
- Thixotropic, suitable to produce in single spraying a thick layer.
- Low surface strength makes it easily recoat able.
- High coverage, economical.
- Resistant to fuels & oils including for jets fuels.
Applications:
- As stoving primer.
