Application methods:
- Dilution with water.
- Spraying/applying.
Dilution:
- water.
User manual:
- Clean the mold thoroughly from any dirt or concrete residue.
- The mold must be dry and clean before spraying/applying.
- Mix the contents of the package well to obtain a uniform milky solution.
- Mix with water in a desirable ratio of 80-95% water. (1 liter of water-based mold oil with 8-9 liters of water)
- Spray an even and full layer on the mold.
- For the absorbent mold, wait for it to dry (up to two hours) and spray another layer.
- And for a new rubber mold/new absorbent wood panels, it is recommended to spray without dilution the first time.
- For an opaque wooden mold, new coated plates are sprayed with a normal diluted spray.
- Excess material should be removed with a cloth.
