SPRAY ACRYLIC FOR ELECTRICAL ISOLATION – FAST DRYING CLEAR/BLACK/RED PAINT. Acrylic lacquer spray, fast drying, UV-resistant for internal and external coloring, for resistance in particularly harsh conditions including direct exposure to the sun and rainfall, is especially suitable as an upper color for electrical insulation of electrical systems exposed to moisture.

Features:

  • Excellent electrical insulation up to 150,000 volts per millimeter for a dry layer 25 microns.

Uses:

  • For painting the top layer of metal doors and railings – steel and aluminum for electrical insulation.
  • For painting metal electrical cabinets and central box/tin power nodes.
  • and For painting steel constructions, steel pillars and metal fences where there may be electrocution.
  • For coating electrical contacts, cable shoes, etc.
  • As an upper layer for electrical insulation of systems that may come into contact with water or high humidity and transmit electricity that can endanger human life and/or cause short circuits.

Area preparation:

  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose color.

Packaging:

  • 0.4 liters.

Storage:

  • In a cool, shady place at room temperature.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Tool Cleaning:

  • Diluted 21-D at the end of painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from heats, fire and sparks.
  • Smoking is not allowed while on work.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application.
  • Air must be provided if necessary.
  • Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.

Warning:

  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin. In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
  • Pressure tank – Empty before throwing it in the trash. Do not throw in the fire.
