Technical data:

  • Theoretical coverage capacity – 1 liter to 8-10 square meters
  • a number of layers recommended – 1
  • % solid in aerosol volume 400 ml – 100 g liquid color per 400 ml total volume. 15% solid.

  • Radiation resistance – 1,200 hours in Q-Pannel with UVA-340 lamp in cycles of 8 hours of light at 60 º temperature and 4 hours at 50º temperature, (tested by ASTM D-4587-91) – Lightning loss : 4%
  • viscosity – temperature Room 0.5-1.0 Pa.sec (HAAKE) 110-120 Krebs in 200 rounds per minute after manual mixing of 2 minutes (T.I.935 Section 302), after diluting 10% in the thinner – 85-90 Krebs. After 10 days it is stored at 42ºC – the position will increase to 5 krebs.

  • Abrasion – 120 microns – 200 cycles (Gardner) ASTM, American standard ASTM D4060 dry film thickness 200 microns, weight loss – 2 g per 500 cycles (device – up to 2.5 g licensed loss) exfoliation strength – minimum 1 kg per square cm.
  • Heat resistance up to 70 °C unchanged in features and deformation.
  • Recommended layer thickness –5-10 microns dry.

Drying to the touch:

  • 10-15 minutes depending on the temperature of the environment.
  • Drying time on the wheel – (T.I.935 Section 304 Repair No. 2) – up to 45 minutes.

Drying between layers:

  • 20 minutes, Final: 3-4 hours (depending on temperature)

  • Spray aerosol.

Preparation of area:

  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt, it is recommended to rinse with Degreezer AA that evaporates after cleaning and leaves clean and dry glass. To finish wipe well with soft tissue towel paper.

To use:

  • After wiping the glass, place the glass on a straight surface lined with paper to prevent environmental dirt while spraying.
  • Remove the aerosol lid and shake well until you hear the sound of the marbles that help mix.
  • Spray a thin, uniform layer on the glass surface.
  • Wait about 20 minutes to dry and turn the glass over.
  • There is a mirror.

Packaging:

  • 0.4 liter spray container.

Storage:

  • In a cool, shady place at room temperature.
  • Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning tools and dirt created:

  • Synthetic Thinner 18-D immediately after painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from heats, fire and sparks.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application.
  • Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.

Caution:

  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Do not paint with high environmental heat and it is recommended to paint onion only and late morning and early evening. Highly recommended no more than 30oc and humidity of less than 50%.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin. In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
  • Pressure tank, empty before tossing. Do not throw into the fire – may explode.
