White paint and shades for marking parking spaces, roads and sidewalks, asphalt and concrete in standard shades resistant to harsh climate conditions. Suitable for the movement of many vehicles day and night  creating a long-distance reflective light. The color is diluted in a fast thinner, a particularly strong paint with a unique molecular structure. Stick tightly to the existing infrastructure and gives a smooth white/yellow/blue/black/red/orange layer very strong.

Technical data:

  • Theoretical coverage – 1 liters per 10 sqm. Minimum concealment capacity 935 Section 306 – 0.9
  • Consumption for a new road – 1 liters per 1.3-2.0 square meters depending on the quality of the asphalt.
  • Consumption on old paint – 1 liters per 2 sqm
  • Pigment content – 65% (T.785 Part 19)
  • Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen) meets the israeli standard test 935 Section 307.
  • Grinding minutes – up to 50 microns (T.I. 785 Part 15 – up to 60 mic)
  • Density – 1.45-1.6 gm\cm3
  • Resistance to immersion in water – no bubbles, no softening, no change in adhesion, (T.I.935 Section 312)
  • Resistance to “sweating” (bleeding)- no less than level 6 according to ASTM D-868 and ASTM D-969
  • Resistance to Solvents and Fuels – Resistant to ASTM D-2792-93
  • Viscosity – 1.5-2.5 Pa.sec (HAAKE) 78-92 Krebs in 200 rounds per minute after manual mixing of 2 minutes (T.I.935 Section 302), after diluting 10% in the thinner – 65 Krebs. After 10 days it is stored at 42ºC – the juxtaposition will increase to 5 krebs.
  • Rigidity – 10 Dg (Ericsson)
  • Abrasion – 120 microns – 1050 cycles (Gardner) ASTM, American standard ASTM D4060 dry film thickness 200 microns, weight loss – 2 g per 500 cycles (device – up to 2.5 g licensed loss) recommended layer thickness – 200 microns wet.
  • Recommended number of layers – 1

Contains:

  • Resin

Colors:

  • White, black, yellow, red, blue.

Gloss:

  • Matt <18% (chapter 309 Israel Standard TI 935).

Touch dry:

  • 10-15 minutes depending on the temperature of the environment. Drying time on the wheel – (T.I.935 Section 304 Repair No. 2) – up to 45 minutes.

Surface preparation:

  • Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt and loose paint.
  • Spread Degreeser Z thorough clean, wash with water and dry completly.
  • Clean according Israel standard 935.

Packing:

  • 0.4 liter

Storage:

  • in cool and shaded room.
  • keep lids hermetically closed.

Shelf life:

  • 12 months in original can.

Tool cleaning:

  • Thinner 18-D immidiatly after painting.

Safety:

  • Not edible, out of reach of children.
  • Flammable, away from heats, fire and sparks.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during application.
  • Wear goggles, solidarity gloves, protective clothing.
  • In case of injury , seek medical attention immediately.
  • The paint is not defined as a hazardous material and does not contain materials that require markings or special warnings.

Caution:

  • Do not mix with materials not recommended by us.
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, causing dryness and irritation of the skin.
  • In contact, rinse with plenty of running water and seek medical attention.
  • Pressure tank – do not puncture, must not be thrown into the fire, drained before throwing it in the trash.
