Two component hard top coat for electrical insulation and fire protection. 100% solids, for internal and external coating, especially suitable as protective coating upper insulating of electric and electronic systems that are exposed to water and moisture, prevents short circuit and to systems that moving and vibrating, for securing and protecting the physical harm that can be caused by mechanical vibrations and blows.

Epoxyden 7 is a paint/coat fire proof insulating transparent/shades hard top, decorative smooth and durable. Perfect insulating and moisture sealing, prevents damage caused by vibrations of transformers and the like, stamina mechanical and chemical erosion and the harshest of climates. Very smooth, dust-resistant, can be applied in several layers. Does not fade despite long exposure to the sun. Swells in contact with fire and physically push away the fire from the coat.

Properties :

  • Hydraulic oil resistant 24 h at 66OC – no loss of adhesion four hours after pull of the liquid
  • Heat resistance – 121OC for 60 minutes. Without a change of color up to Delta E = 1 .
  • Humidity cabinet test – 30 days 100% humidity temperature 49OC without losing adhesion or damaging the film Time After Pull out of the liquid
