A ready for use PVA base joint compound mixture for thick usage on wooden objects to fill holes, cracks and slits. For filling, smoothing and finishing wooden surfaces. Easily sand-able as a surface preparation before painting.

Properties:

  • Fast drying.
  • Strong adhesion to wooden surfaces.
  • Easily polished.
  • Doesn’t sink and creates a smooth surface.
  • A number of thin layers are applicable without forming cracks.

Applications:

  • Internal use.
  • To fill cracks and slits in wood.
  • To fill in dents and straightening the surface.
  • For closing gaps between wooden walls and boards.

Touch-dryness:

  • 30 – 60 minutes. (according to the layers thickness)

Drying time period between layer application:

  • 2-3 hours. Final: 3-4 hours.

Application methods:

  • Spread with a spatula.
  • Polish with glass paper until receiving a smooth surface.

  • No dilution.

  • Clean the surface thoroughly from all the dirt, dust and paint.

  • Is not freeze durable. ( except the export model)

Shelf life span:

  • 12 months in its original package.

Equipment  cleansing:

  • With soap and water immediately after usage.
  • The old layer can be removed with acetone or paint remover.

Safety precautions:

  • Inedible, keep away from the reach of children.
  • Flammable – keep distant from heated areas, fires, flames, and sparks, Prohibit smoking in working area.
  • While applying, good air ventilation is important. In case there is not enough air, use ventilation according to the ventilation table.
  • Wear protective glasses, gloves and suits.
  • Avoid direct contact of the paint and/or thinner with the eyes and skin. In case of contact, immediately wash thoroughly with water.
