For sealing and painting concrete roofs and shingle. Multi-thickness paint, acrylic solvent and chlorinated rubber, penetrating and sealing, for direct painting on an exposed concrete roof. Durable in standing water. Easy to apply, quick drying. White prevents roof from heating up. Effectively sealing and preventing immediate water passage. Resistant to extreme temperatures and snow piled up on the roof should be applied in two layers with a wiper, roller or spray. Strong abrasion resistant. In Acerstain and Terracotta shades for painting tiled roofs, metal sheets and an insulated panels.

Uses:

Protective paint and sealing for concrete roof surfaces, insulated roof panels and roof tiles.

Technical data:

Consumption– 200-250 grams per square meter per layer depending on the level of infrastructure absorption.
Solid% – approximately 48% (T.I.785 Part 17).
Color pigment content – 65% (TA 785 Part 19)
Flexibility – 1 mm (sheen) meets the examination of Israeli standard 935 section 307.
Grinding – up to 50 microns (T.I.785 Part 15 – up to 60 mick)
Density – 1.45-1.6 gm\cm3
water immersion resistance – no bubbles, no softening, no change in adhesion, (T.I.935 Section 312)
Resistance to “sweating” (bleeding)- no less than a level 6 according to ASTM D-868 and ASTM D-969
Resistance to solvents and fuels – durable according to ASTM D-2792-93
viscosity – at room temperature. Color: 1.5-2.sec Pa.sec (HAAKE) 78-92 Krebs in 200 rounds per minute after manual mixing of 2 minutes (T.I.935 Section 302), after diluting 10% in the thinner – 65 Krebs. After 10 days it is stored at 42ºC – the juxtaposition will increase to 5 krebs.
Rigidity – 10 >Dg (Ericsson)
Abrasion – 120 microns – 1050 cycles (Gardner) ASTM, American standard ASTM D4060 dry film thickness 200 microns, weight loss – 2 g per 500 cycles (device – up to 2.5 g authorized loss)
Exfoliation strength – minimum 5 kg per square meter.
Heat resistance up to 70 °C unchanged in features and deformation.
Recommended layer thickness –250-200 microns wet.

Contains:

Chlorinated rubber and acrylate.
Fillers, pigments.
Special flexibility materials.
Depth penetration materials.
Solvents, additives.

Shade:

White standard for roofs.
Red Ackerstein and terracotta orange for the roof tiles.

Gloss:

Matte up to 18%, Silk 30-45%, Brilliant 80-95% (T.I.935 Section 309).

Drying to the touch:

15-25 minutes. Drying time in the wheel – (T.I.935 Section 304 Correction No. 2) – up to 45 minutes

Between layers:

2-4 hours, final: 6 hours.

Application methods:

Mix lightly, thin as needed and spread or spray .
A roller resistant to solvents.

Dilution:

You can thin slightly with a D-18 dilution for spraying or D-32 for brush.
Airless – 5-10% Tinder D-21 Pressure 5-6 Atm. nozzle 0.021″

Preparation of area:

Thorough cleaning dust, fat, dirt, recommended washing with Degreazer Z to remove fats if any, to ensure cleanliness of the area before painting.
Rust can be removed with Degreazer 3000 rust remover, oils from chimney on panel roofs with Degreazer M.

Packaging:

5 liters, 18 liters.

Storage:

In a cool, shady place at the temperature of the room with proper ventilation.
Keep lids tightly closed.

Shelf life:

12 months in the original packaging.

Cleaning Tools:

Thinner 21-D immediately after painting.
