Flexible high build plaster/paint coat, water dilution, intumescing in heat and fire, prevents fire spread and smoke ejects. For interior and exterior coating on glass wool and metal in fire passes, in walls and ceilings, cables pass between floors, electric boxes and cables etc.
High viscosity plaster/paint for coating glass wool filling in electric cable passes to prevent heat and fire transfer in event of fire. Intumescing and isolate the effects of heat and the transfer of flames when a fire. Contains materials that prevent the development of flame combustion driven, and the spread of fire and its influences. Contains materials to minimize smoke. Diluted with water, very strong with a unique molecular structure.

Properties:
- Intumescing plaster/paint, suitable for interior and exterior uses, provides protection from fire up to 3 hours between floors and out of electric boxes in case of fire.
- A quick drying, ready to recoat every 4-6 hours depending on the environment temperature.
- A great adhesion to glass wool and epoxyden primer brominated antiflame.
- Easily implemented after diluting with water by spreading with spray gun, airless, roller or brush.
- Flexible and not cracking.
- Prevents the spread of fire and development of flame.
- Emits gas that shutdown flame.
- Depressing smoke isolated the spread of heat to the infrastructure.
- Dilution with water, can be applied as a paint on glass wool and electric cables and elements need to be protected from fire.
- Intumescing up to 60 times and physically push the fire from the protected surface.
- Can be applied in 500 micron layer per coat by spray.

Drying time:
- For contact 30 minutes for thin layer. (Due to the fast drying when spraying, avoid from over spray “dust”) if creates “dust” retarder or water must be added and the air pressure must be lowered.
- 1-4 hours for thick layer of 500 micron and more.
Drying between coats:
- Between layers: 4-6 hours. Final: 12 hours. Final hardness – 3-7 days.
Application methods:
- Brushing, spraying, roller or spread with spatula.
- The first layer – recommended dilution and spraying 5 atmosphere pressure
- Second layer and more – spray or brush spreading or scrolling or with flexible plastic spatula. Can be apply by airless ratio pressure 1:45 and higher nozzle 0.2”-0.27”
Dilution:
- Water, for thick layers can be applied with no dilution on pipes, glass wool or gypsum walls for fire durability, with spatula.
- Brush/roller-10-20%
- Spraying – first layer – 30%, second layer – 5%
Surface prepation:
- Clean surface from dust, fats, dirt and loose paint..

Primary paint:
- On glass wool – this paint diluted with 30% water.
- On gypsum/stone walls – this paint or if there is adhesion problem with Tutgum Antiflame.
- and On electric cables – the paint as is.
- On steel – Epoxyden primer brominated or Tutgum Antiflame.
Top coat paint:
- Denbercryl Antiflame in any shade or Tutgum Antiflame in any shade.
Packaging:
- 5 liters, 18 liter.
Storage:
- In a cool and shaded room with appropriate ventilation.
- Keep lids tightly closed.
Shelf life:
- 12 months in the original packaging.
Cleaning tools:
- Water at the end of painting.

Safety precautions:
