Flexible, fireproof, two-component polyurethane membrane coating 100% solid 100% elongation, providing perfect sealing from rain and water and high-quality thermal and acoustic insulation from heat and cold based on nanotechnology of hollow ceramics. The product is non-flammable and can be roughened against slippage. Multi-thick and powerful for coating various roofs in industry and for cooling and packaging warehouses, electrical installations, etc. Resistant to hot temperatures and deep freezing and unlimited thaws. For use in hot and cold countries. Also suitable for driving and parking light vehicles. Suitable for fireproof thermal insulation of industrial hot roofs from environmental heat.

A new technology for sealing coating and fireproof insulation, especially strong, for sealing and high-quality, abrasion-resistant thermal insulation with a unique chemical structure, which completely seals against moisture and allows elongation and contraction according to extreme temperature changes. Features:

  • Perfect waterproofing, moisture repellent and prevents penetration into concrete on concrete roofs or tekel.

  • Brushing, scrolling, casting and leveling comb and thorn roller.

Thinning:

  • It is forbidden to dilute.

Application instructions and field preparation:

  1. Concrete/asbestos roofs
  • Thorough cleaning from dust, grease, dirt and loose paint. If there are grease – applying detergent from degreaser and rubbing broom.
  • Spraying water under pressure 150-200 watts minimum and waiting to dry completely.
  • Filling large holes and dents in the focalcalcium spill.
  • Filling constructive cracks with polyplex gum after expanding and deepening the crack
  • Planitary diamond polishing and thorough vacuum pumping,
  • Apply Primer 450 for damp areas, or Epoxycalcium Flor Primer for dry areas.
  • Deploy fiberglass meshes on the roof and apply one thick layer of 4 mm or 2 layers of 2 mm each, so that the mesh disappears completely.

2.Ischoric roof–

  • High pressure water flushing.
  • Filling chewing gum with bin and screw connections.
  • If the roof is rusty, apply a layer of rust-converting apoxidan antirostic.
  • Deploy fiberglass meshes on the roof and apply one thick layer of 4 mm or 2 layers of 2 mm each, so that the mesh disappears completely.
  1. Tar/bituminous roof –
  • High pressure rinsing, waiting to dry.
  • Apply Epoxycalcium Aqua Primer.
  • Deploy fiberglass meshes on the roof and apply one thick layer of 4 mm or 2 layers of 2 mm each, so that the mesh disappears completely.

  • Bitumen sheets – high-pressure rinsing withZX-12 grease and waiting to dry completely. Apply an epoxycalcium affirmal aqua primer.
  • Casting of antiphalytic thermosil polyplex 3-5 mm thick depending on expected loads.

 Primary color:

  • On Dry Concrete/Asbestos – Epoxycalcium Flor Primer.
  • On moist concrete – Epoxicalcium Primer 450
  • About Bituminous/Tar – Epoxycalcium Aqua Primer.
  • On Aschoric/Panel – Apoxidan Primer, Rusty Mother – Apoxidan Antirest Rust Converter.
