For painting solar collectors and solar energy systems. Used as a foundation and top. The shade and the low gloss allow maximum absorption of the sun’s heat.

Technical data:
- Theoretical coverage – 1 liter for about 20 square meters.
- Recommended layer thickness – 25-35 microns.
- Recommended number of layers – 2

- Resistance to immersion in water – no bubbles, no softening, no change in adhesion
- Viscosity – 1.2-1.4 sec (HAAKE) 78-92 kerbs at 200 revolutions per minute after manual mixing for 2 minutes (TI 935 section 302), after diluting 10% with thinner – 65 kerbs. After 10 days storage at 42 degrees Celsius – Proximity will increase up to 5 Krebs.

- Abrasion – 120 microns – 1050 cycles (Gardner) ASTM, American standard ASTM D4060 dry film thickness 200 microns, weight loss – 2 grams per 500 cycles (standard – up to 2.5 grams authorized loss).
- Salt chamber – 120 hours (ASTM B-117) without rust spots.

Application methods:
- Brushing, rolling, spraying.
Dilution:
- Brushing/rolling – 10% mineral turpentine
- Spraying – 30%-20 thinner D18 pressure 3-4 atm
- Airless – 0-5% thinner D18, “0.018” nozzle – for a thin layer. “0.021” nozzle for a thick layer.
- Immersion – 100% diluted D18
Area preparation:
- Chemical – degreasing with degreaser M, rust removal with degreaser 3000. f
- Mechanical – sand cleaning to grade 2.5 SA/ steel brush ST-3 and
- Thorough cleaning of dust, grease, dirt and loose paint. and
Packing:
- 2.5 liters, 5 liters, 18 liters. and
